Close to U of A for events. We had 10 people and it worked just fine. Good amount of space however I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the entire property. Floors were not clean and had to ask them to send cleaners to mop floors. Utensils in kitchen were less than optimal. Some of the dishes were not clean. Pool area nice. It is VERY dated. It served its purpose but very overpriced for what was offered.
