Worst place I've stayed

I booked this hotel last minute and needed a cheap room. In hindsight I should have just slept in my car. This "hotel" is an old apartment complex that has been converted into an extended stay motel in a bad part of town. The staff was friendly enough, but she was the only good part of our stay. The room had the security bar ripped off the door, one of the 3 lights in the room didn't work, the patio door didn't latch, the toilet leaked all over the floor, we had to ask for bedding, and a large sharp piece of metal was sticking out of the mattress. I will never return to this hotel and strongly suggest no one else go there.

Bad, lots of low life staying there.

This place was a real $h1thole. It needs to be painted. The sliding closet doors were not on the tracts and just leaning against the frame of the closet. The curtains were off the rod at the end and let light in. The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken. The toilet bowl lid that covers the back part of the toilet was too big for the toilet. The lights were out in several places or they were replaced with cheap energy saving bulbs that were a cold blue bright white instead of normal warm light bulbs. The heating light in the shower area was empty and several other bulbs were missing or did not work. There was a big place in front of refrigerator where something like cream of wheat was spilled, but had dried and no one ever cleaned it up.
