Room was clean, staff was friendly, great location. They had a really good massage special right on the beach that we both enjoyed. Loved the free sun beds too! My only complaint would be that there is not being a door on the bathroom if you book the standard room on the jungle side - little privacy if you’re not traveling solo! Overall a great place especially for the price.
Curtain instead of door for bathroom. Not a major issue but would’ve preferred a more private bathroom.

Staff on beach side are rude, no service. Jungle rooms tin roof animals playing on roof all night, no sleep, open light along the edges of walls, toilet on a huge slant, can barley get into shower and the bed is on a huge pallet, plus the deck outside leading onto the rooms is a toe breaker there are holes and heaving boards everywhere finally 7 am very noisy spot.

We had a good experience with our stay. We had issues with having no hot water but they addressed the issues effectively. They use salt water so they provided us with clean drinking water to brush our teeth, and enough to wash the bottles for our baby. It’s loud at night, you can hear the music at the place next to it. Other than that our bed was clean and comfortable, room AC is nice and cold. Having access to the beach was nice.

The location is unbeatable, with direct beach access and stunning views. We enjoyed staying at this place a lot. The staff were all lovely and really friendly! The lady on reception gave us lots of help during our stay when we had questions. The room was beautifully decorated and the beach and the beach club were gorgeous. The drinks and food were delicious and really well priced, compared to some other establishments in the beach zone. The lights in the room / bathroom were very dark - it was quite hard to apply make up and get ready to go out as it was so dark. Our room was next to the road and the music from the bar opposite was very loud and didn’t stop some nights until early hours of the morning. We also were confused by the beach club cabanas - it says they’re free for use of the hotel guests on the hotel listing, but we were told there was a minimum spend of $3000 Mexican pesos to use them…? We didn’t use them because of this which was a shame as that was a big reason for why we made the booking. Other than this, we loved our stay so much and would definitely come back. Watching the sun rise on the beach was such a beautiful experience every morning! We also loved Honey the hotel dog!
