Great little hotel right near the two main Tulum roads with parking availability in front and on the street. During our 9 day stay we felt safe and well treated. Our room and facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The courtyard nature, pool and bar were lovely. Great place to enjoy a cigar and relax. Room was clean but the bed mattress was very firm with no give to it. Nice roof top had 4 small pools,nice place to see the skyline and get some breeze. Pool downstairs nice to sit around in the evening for a drink.
