Fully renovated in 2022! New furniture and appliances as well as new paint and refinished floors!

Great Mid-Island, Beach-front Location! 3 bedroom single family house with expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean!

Step out front and step foot on the beach! You will enjoy stunning ocean views from the master suite featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and private bath. A second room featuring a queen sized bed overlooks the ocean as well with each bedroom having access to a covered wrap-around deck. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen tv. Custom built in 2004, this house has heart pine floors throughout and 10ft. ceilings. Wireless internet is also included!!

This home sleeps 6 and is steps from restaurants, shops and other attractions. Reserve today and see why this house is the only one of its kind on Tybee.

The house was spotless. The location cannot be beat, steps to beach! Kitchen was well stocked, and the house was comfortable and bright! Had anything you would need for an ocean stay including chairs & umbrella. We loved the balconies and the view. We'd highly recommend to anyone!

Great property. One positive suggestion. When a property states they supply toilet paper and paper towels please leave extras.We ran out of paper goods the first day. Also we were allowed to have 4 adults and three children but only had 6 towels.Again just a positive note.

Perfect location with great beach access

Definitely the place to stay if visiting Tybee. The views, beach access, nice furnishings, and even the great bath towels are much appreciated. There were only a couple of things to be aware of: parking a larger vehicle in the garage is a bit difficult due to the tight area. We also hoped there was a Keurig coffee maker since we had brought that kind of coffee, but the drip maker was fine. Both minor things. Would love to stay again!

Amazing Property!!

We had a wonderful few days at this absolutely beautiful property. Could not have asked for a better location on the beach. House was immaculate and had plenty of space for 5 adult family members. Loved the porches as well as the additional garage space. Would highly recommend! Our only suggestion would be to ensure the living room tv worked and replace the ironing board which was not usable. This certainly didn’t make a difference to us but may help future renters. Great vacation!!

Spectacular house in a great location.

Enjoyed a week at this beautiful house right on the beach. Views were amazing. The house was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Furniture and beds were very comfy. Outside furniture was great quality. Will definitely rent again.

Girls Trip to Savannah

We wanted to explore Savannah and relax on the beach. This house offered stunning views and convenience. The weather is the only thing that didn’t cooperate! We had rain the entire time. But we ventured out anyway and saw the sights. Charming area and once again, gorgeous views and the sounds of the water were wonderful

Great vacation!

We were in Tybee in another condo when the a/c went out. I looked on vrbo and saw this was available and actually reached out to hist before we booked. We ended up booking at this location and wished we had started here in the first place. Excellent location and awesome views. The house was clean and everything mentioned was available and ready. Would give 10 stars is I could. We will be back.

Amazing!

Amazing! We loved this house and would definitely stay here again. It's very clean and in the best location. The beach is a few steps away, and we also walked to dinner at Salt Island and dessert at the Sugar Shack. The garage is convenient, and the house has great beach chairs to borrow! We had a fabulous vacation. As other reviewers have mentioned, the house has a full flight of stairs up from the garage, a lot of stairs to the second floor, and all bedrooms up, which is worth noting for parties with little children, elderly folks, or anyone who has trouble with stairs. That said, we cannot recommend this house enough! Thank you for a great stay at Tybee Island!
