Tybee Island Ocean Therapy

This condominium complex is BEACH FRONT. Located on Tybee Island Georgia in a cozy gated community. Your balcony has a GREAT ocean view! You can see the dolphins and large cargo ships from it. The amenities are excellent! The complex has 2 large POOLS, kiddie pool, and 2 private boardwalks over the dunes to the beach. You are less than 100 steps to the sandy beach. Owned by a local, the condo has everything you'll need. Why stay at a hotel when you can have 2-3 times the space here.

Watch the dolphins and ships from your balcony! No need to pay for dolphin tours. You don't have to leave the condominium complex for your whole vacation if you don't want to. Queen size bed in the bedroom. 55in SMART TV in living room. SMART TV in bedroom. Free Wi-Fi and cable. Equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, coffee maker, & Keurig. Easy check in with a simple smart door lock code. No keys to lug to the beach.

Beach towels, lounge chairs, and a few beach toys are provided for your enjoyment.

Pool access, tennis courts, charcoal grills, and parking for 1 car are all included. You also don't have to leave the property to get to the beach. Everyone loves sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins. Make memories by walking the beach and starting your own Sea Shell collection. Pack-n-play provided if needed. Older unit, the floors are very creaky and noisy. The bed was horrible, very noisy and uncomfortable. The unit was not cleaned very well. The floors were very dirty. The beach was nice. Manager of the area was very nice.

Not what I was expecting

We didn’t care for the area at all. We don’t expect the best but this was by far not. We left because we didn’t feel safe in the area and frankly weren’t impressed with the people we encountered in the condo parking lot and hallways. The condo wasn’t clean there was a dirty washcloth left on the sink in the bathroom and crumb’s were all on the sofa & floor. I contacted the host & was told he was contacting the cleaners. We left and went to Hilton Head. Needless to say Hilton Head is super nice! Its completely 100% different from Tybee! I was disappointed that the host had no concerns that we checked out 5 minutes after we arrived but I still didn’t want to leave a bad review, I didn’t want to hurt someones livelihood. Thats why I left 4 stars. The condo is tiny. It just wasn’t for us and certainly not the area.

Amazing private beach and lots of dolphins!

Out of all of our beach vacations/locations, this beach was our favorite. We were a minute walk to the private beach. It is out of the hustle and bustle, and because it’s the bay, the marine life is abundant. Be prepared to see more dolphins than you can count. I am so glad we were on this particular beach. The sunsets are also amazing. A great beach for kids and adults alike. The pool and outdoor bathroom are well kept and very close to the beach. It was also neat to see the large cargo ships pass through a few times each day. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful ocean views and great access to the beach. Owner is very thoughtful to have beach chairs and toys available for use. Also nice to have Netflix, Disney+ and other streaming accounts on the TV so we didn't have to bother with logging into our own. 10/10 would definitely stay again

Nice Condo

We rented this condo for a couple of nights for a sisters weekend. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the unit was clean and as described~ and the shower had fabulous water pressure!! We would rent again.

Lovely beach experience

Met expectations for a beachy experience. Great location, adequate amenities. Could use some basic maintenance. Enjoyed walking the hard packed beach. Did not like the no-seeums when you stop or sit. In March some kids were in the shallow surf and building sandcastles but mostly quiet. Appreciated the provided beach chairs and easy parking.

The place was great.. my only suggestion would be to update that bathroom and get a bigger bed.

The bathroom was very dated. I never got the shower to work properly so.. I ended up taking a bath the entire week. Also, had there been another person with me.. one of us would have had to sleep on the sofa- the bed was hardly a queen. Over, the place was decent and for a short weekend and one person- it worked fine.

Shower much????

The stay was good. I was very disappointed in the towels or lack of. There were two of us. Our stay consisted of two nights and two mornings. We both had one towel and one face cloth for the entire stay. I would hope most people would shower more than once during a three day stay. Condo was nice just pack your own towels if you want to shower much.

Okay but not great

Clean but definitely in need of an update. Cabinets loose, sink slow to drain, floors cracked. For the price is was worth the stay but just not as nice looking as the photos led to. Very quiet complex and we enjoyed the pool and the people that worked there.

Great location and perfect amenities! We stayed on Tybee while touring Savannah. Loved the area with the shops and restaurants. My most favorite part was watching the dolphins in the evening! Absolutely memorable!!

We loved our stay here. It was so nice and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and cargo ships. The morning and evening walks on the beach were beautiful. The condo was perfect and decorated nicely. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Florida Trip Layover

Nice place! Great location, quiet and away from the night scene, just the way we like it. Close to the lighthouse. Great views of the Savannah channel and dolphins! Pool was in good upkeep, tennis and pickle ball courts maybe not as good. Saw weeds growing up through cracks in pickle ball court. Great access to the beach and not too far from night life to be inconvenient. Would definitely stay again!!

Awesome Tybee sunset

Condo had everything we needed. Very comfortable and spacious and nicely decorated in beachy blues. Balcony for viewing an awesome March sunset. Easy access to quiet beach.
