Not worth your time or money.

I booked this hotel for myself. I informed them I was going to book in late, due to plane arriving later. When I got there the man at the desk was not friendly and came across rude. He grabbed my suitcase and marched down to my room. Which was next to the pool. Chucked it in there and just walked off. When I looked around the door was broken, so I had to use the dresser to block the door. The wardrobe was broken inside, all smashed up. The bathroom was dirty. I only had half a toilet roll to use for five nights. The bed was so uncomfortable. And the worst part of it, they advertised access to Wi-Fi, it never worked! I could hear the water pump for the swimming pool all night. I just hated it there so much, I found another accommodation after one night. Also, having a plug socket in the bathroom is not the best of ideas!

Otel tertemizdi. Kullanımımıza sunulan ürünler de çok yeterliydi gerçekten memnunduk fakat gece bizi karşılayan beyfendiyle şöyle bir durum yaşandı, rezervasyon sırasında ücretsiz kahvaltı yazıyordu ama o görevli öyle bir şey yok dedi ve hiç yardımcı olmaya çalışmadı. Onu da geçtim kahvaltı konusundaki bilgilendirmede yanlışlık olmasaydı bu oteli tercih etmezdim biraz hayal kırıklığı oldu.

Geç saatte gelip erken saate ayrıldık. Bu sebeple apart imkanlarından faydalanma imkanımız olmadı. Bu kısa süre içerisinde çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü, oda temizdi, evcil hayvan dostu bir işletme olması çok mutlu ediciydi (evcil hayvanımız ile gelmemiş olmamıza rağmen). Ayrıca apartın doğal güzelliklerin içinde doğallığı bozulmamış bir mimarisi ve peyzaj bakımı vardı. Bu da çok hoş karşıladığımız, memnun kaldığımız durumlardan birisiydi.

We booked 2+1 apartment, 85 sq m according to description. The room was around 45 sq m (we measured it). We asked for a bigger apartment and moved the next day to a bigger and better one (maybe 60-70 m, not sure) which we are grateful for. Still, incorrect information is unacceptable for us who books online and not at all cheap

Rezervasyon yaparken bahçeli diye seçili olmasına rağmen 2. Katta bir odaya yerleştirildik, üstelik hiç sormadılar bile. Klozet kapağı bozuktu ve açık durmuyordu, oturduğumuzda sırtımıza dayanarak kullanabildik. Merdivenler aşırı kötüydü, Katlar arasında düzenli merdiven olmayıp geçişlere seyyar merdiven koyulmuş, her iniş çıkışta düşmemek için efor sarf ettik, eşyalar ile bu durum bize resmen çile oldu.

Anka akyaka

Akyakada genel olarak apartlar eski olsa da bu kadar eskisine denk gelmek zordur. Banyo baştan aşağı küflüydü ve hiç temiz değildi. Gece kapımızın onune bir kedi ağzında böcekle gelmişti ve de o böcek kapıdaki boşluktan odaya girdi cok kötü bir andı . Temizliğe dair her şey kötüydü . Bütün eşyalar eski ve pisti.
