On two floors you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a living room with satellite TV and DVD player, 4 bedrooms each with a double bed and three bathrooms - one with whirlpool tub and one with rainforest shower. Enjoy quiet moments in front of your fireplace lower dining room or on the terrace with charcoal grill and garden furniture - everything is prepared for a nice warm summer evening. They occupy the 120 square meter house with 500 square meters of land alone. On the ground floor is your spacious dining room for 10 people with a cuddly sofa, a flat screen TV, modern hi-fi system and a cozy fireplace. The house is heated with modern central heating. On the ground floor is your large, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with whirlpool and towel warmer and a bathroom with rain forest shower and towel warmer. Upstairs is the living room with large flat screen TV, DVD player, reading area and access to the balcony. Here are also 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. In each of these two rooms, a cot or an extra bed can be added. You can also use the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Upstairs is also a odernes toilet with sink. The house was renovated in 2016 and awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.
