If you are looking for a great accommodation for your upcoming Illinois getaway, you won't go wrong with this lovely Champaign-Urbana vacation rental!
Your kitchen is fully equipped with the following: coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, blender, microwave, non-stick cookware, dishes, utensils and many other items.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has 2 twin size beds. The living room has a queen size sofa bed.
Our place is freshly painted, remodeled and ready for your enjoyment! We are centrally found in a residential community of Urbana; 7 minutes from all of the following, Memorial Stadium, the State Farm Center, and downtown Urbana and Champaign.
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
Our duplex has Wi-Fi, 2 televisions and a Roku stick to help you with your viewing preferences.
You will have a one car garage and onsite laundry facilities. The back yard is fenced in and has a patio with a patio set.
We have made it a priority to supply and keep healthy surroundings for you!

Nice and Cozy Duplex

The property was as listed and it met our requires very well. We enjoyed our stay and the communications with the property manager were pleasant and effective. We would stay here again if and when we return to Urbana, IL.

Quaint old home perfect for a quick stay near the U

My husband and I enjoyed a quick weekend trip to Urbana/Champagne for a golf tournament. The house was equidistance to the golf course and the university/downtown Champaign. Located in a mixed housing neighborhood with homes, duplexes and apartment buildings. Market and pizza place five minutes by car. The house had everything we needed for the short weekend, beds were comfortable. The house is charming, but older, so it did have a bit of musty smell. Great value and worked out nicely for our trip.

Great stay for graduation weekend

Perfect location

The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed .... we truly enjoyed the extra touches that were waiting on us like snacks, toiletries, etc. Very close to campus and parks! Everything was clean!
