Welcome to our attic studio in the heart of Valencia! This 60m² studio is a perfect place for a romantic getaway or for friends who want to explore the city. With high ceilings and carefully restored wooden beams, our attic offers a unique blend of modern and traditional. In addition, large windows flood the space with natural light, and the modern and functional decoration makes it a cozy and comfortable place to stay.



In the studio, you'll find one queen size bed (1.50cm), and one double deb (135cm), along with heating, air conditioning, wardrobe, television, and sofa. All of it prepared with all necessary bedding, along with a towel pack per guest, toilet paper, shampoo, and shower gel so you don't miss anything during your stay.



The location is excellent, just 100 meters from the metro station, a short walk from the Town Hall Square, and a stone's throw away from some of the best restaurants and bars in Valencia.
