Casa Valle Niza is located in a beautiful private urbanization on the coast of Almayate Bajo (near Torre del Mar), made up of 48 houses, typically Andalusian, that stand out for their careful distribution and their magnificent terraces with sea views. The urbanization has a large community pool with solarium. In addition, you can enjoy the common areas of the neighboring urbanization that include a gym, paddle tennis court and swimming pool and playground for the little ones.

The house is distributed over 3 floors, in which there is a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces.

The living room is comfortable and spacious. It is distributed in a rest area, with a comfortable sofa, chairs and a plasma TV, and a meeting area, with a dining table to be able to meet with your family or friends and eat, or work. One of the highlights of the room is that it has air conditioning, to regulate the temperature and provide better service to guests. Next to the living room there is an American kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, etc. So that customers do not have any equipment problems.

On the first floor are the two bedrooms and their corresponding bathrooms. It has two bedrooms with double beds and one double with two double beds. The two bathrooms are different from each other, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, one of them is en suite to the master bedroom, and the other bathroom is shared by the other bedrooms.

On the upper floor you can enjoy a terrace/solarium with impressive views of the sea and the mountains. In addition there is a barbecue area.
