The room was very clean, spacious, good strong shower, and a very comfortable firm but not hard bed. Complimentary breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about. Staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. Hotel was quiet with good insulation between rooms. Good bang for your buck. Downtown Venice is about a 10-15 drive.

Room had a terrible musty smell and had to constantly dump the dehumidifier (first hotel we had ever a dehumidifier). If you wanted room Service you had to request 24 hours ahead. Fresh towels at front desk. Room was clean but needed an upgrade. Husband found ants near the sink Very noisy air conditioner. Coffee supplies in room were not refreshed packaging opened

i was given a king room next to the pool and the chemical room i specifically ask for a room nowhere near the pool because i have a chloride allergy not only did the room stink the people in the pool were sitting in front of the room window. The girl(very nice) offered me another room after complained. a queen? im 6'2" 275 i need a king, she said there were no kings in the place available i don't believe that and besides how could you let anyone stay in a room like that i wasn't offered anything no room reduction no candy bar not a sip of water. (not worth it there) gym stunk pool stunk room stunk if my wife wasn't with me i would have gone someplace else, as a matter of fact after my nonsense there was a woman behind me upset because she didn't get what she ordered.so you give us what you want. Just a waste of my money and please don't have the manager get on here telling me sorry you were not happy and give them another shot. money talks and bs walks and hotels .com should give me my credit back or i just take my 25 hotel nights a year and book them myself

Our room was very clean. I’m not sure why it had two dehumidifiers? The room has a slight odor and the two sofa bed couches were very uncomfortable to sit on. The breakfast was very good. The remote in the bedroom didn’t work and didn’t get resolved. Also, the wifi had poor reception and I was unable to hook up the Roku to the internet.

Was here for 6 night. Good spacious room. I was extremely disappointed because all the time I was there I barely had internet connection, I had to use my hotspot from my phone. One nightI had to leave the hotel and go to a different hotel due to workload backlog. I was there in relation to work, school and fun, internet was crucial for me and not luxury. I reported but nothing was done other than a number that I called but no help at all. On my last day house keeping came knocking my room 8:30am and 9am to an extent someone opened my room. Like seriously? I thought check out is 11. Totally frustrating. When I reported to front desk, the much I response was “I think it’s housekeeping” and she walked away. I have been to many branches but this got me thinking…..
