It was easy to find. The Tram is just outside the stay, 25 min in and out of Venice. The neighborhood is very cute . I would recommend and stay again.

Perfect vacation location!

The location is amazing right on the line into Venice! Only four stops. Quiet and safe . Everything you could need a beautiful kitchen and full laundry a huge primary bedroom and a second bedroom for kids or other guest . A close marker for shopping and a close cafe for a neighborhood cup of coffee

First, let me just say that Lorenzo is absolutely fabulous. He was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about Venezia. The location was awesome, 1/2 block from the Tram and only 15 minutes outside of Venezia. The home was clean and comfortable.

Lorenzo was one of the best hosts we have had. From booking to leaving he was helpful and communicated superbly. He helped us with booking things, sorting our day passes for venice. GREAT! The apartment is perfect and the tram is just across the street straight into venice island for 1 euro 50! Taxi was easiest to apartment for 4 peopke as cheaper than the train. Overall..i will dwf recommend

Great place to stay when visiting Venice!

Great location. Bus stop into Venice wirhin steps and only 4 stops. House clean, modern, and had washer/dryer and air conditioning. So beautiful and spacious. We loved everything about it and if we were to visit this area again we would definitely stay here. Lorenzo was a most gracious host and went above and beyond for us. We cant say enough kind words about this man and highly recommend anyone needing a place to stay when visiting Venice to book with him.

Amazing host and VRBO. Exceptionally clean, well equipped and decorated. Everything you would ever want. Lorenzo is special giving us tips on where to eat and how to get to Venice. We went to Taverna San Trovasco for lunch. This is our 8th day in Italy and best food yet. Dinner was at Befed a sports bar that was fun and actually had a hamburger with fries and peanuts where you throw the shells on the floor. The tram to Venice was 150 steps away and only 4 stops. Very easy to get to Venice I don’t know why anyone would stay anywhere else. Next trip to Venice, we will definitely stay here.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

We had a truly wonderful stay. Lorenzo is a considerate, gracious and very helpful host who made us feel welcomed and went out of his way to ensure that we knew enough to make the most of our time in Venice. He was available to answer our questions from before our arrival through the last minutes before our departure. The apartment was one of the cleanest lodgings we have ever stayed in - everything was fresh and practically sparkled. Lorenzo's kiosk, where we bought our tram tickets for Venice, was practically out the back door, and with the tram running so frequently, there was never a wait - within 10 minutes, we were in Venice. We highly recommend Lorenzo's lodging, and would happily stay there again if/when we return to Venice. Grazie, Lorenzo!

A perfect place to stay while visiting Venice.

The host, the room and the location are all perfect if you are visiting Venice. Leave your car by the apartment and hop on a tram that is nearly a minute away from the place. It takes 15 minutes to get to the heart of Venice from there. I've seen people who stayed inside Venice dragging their kids and luggage through the ancient streets grimacing their way through countless tourists. Avoid all that and stay in Mestre. And there is no better place than this. This bi-level fits 3 people, features AC, parking on premises and a wonderful host who will go out of his way to help you find your way around. Lorenzo will help you with the travel tickets, suggestions, ztl, etc... Overall, we've had a very positive experience staying at Lorenzo's, and I am sure, you will too.

So happy and lucky to find this place!!

Lorenzo is the best host we have ever had. He is so friendly, informative, helpful...just a wonderful person! Without a doubt, my husband and I will always stay at his home every time we visit Venice. The home is so charming, clean, very comfortable and close to Venice city center ( a quick 10 minute Tram into town...and the tram is truly just across the street from the home). My husband and I liked getting out of the busy city (home is in Maestre), yet never felt it was a hardship to get to Venice. Lorenzo was a major reason our visit to Venice was one of the highlights of our Europe trip. He was so kind! He was so gracious driving my husband and I to the airport at 4:00am ( because we had a 6am flight back to Paris)!! I still can't believe he offered to do this. I highly recommend Lorenzo's place. You will not regret it.

Cozy home away from home. Minutes away from Venice

We can not say enough good things about this quaint apartment and its host Lorenzo. Lorenzo went above and beyond for us from the minute we arrived in Mestre. He took time away from his work to show us the apartment and give helpful tips about getting around. There was so much attention to detail from the towels laid out on the beds to the perfectly ironed sheets! This apartment had both a washer and dryer which is a rare but amazing find especially when backpacking. One night the washer had a malfunction and Lorenzo took time to come over and help fix it so that we had freshly cleaned clothes for the remainder of our trip. Venice is a quick 10 minute train ride only 4 stops in. The train is located less than a block away from the apartment and you can buy a train ticket directly from Lorenzo. About a 4 minute walk from the apartment is a grocery store that has everything you could need. We would recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again when we return to Venice

Correct Choice for Venice

We stayed for 2 nights with our family of 5 (kids ages 7, 5, 2). The apartment was plenty large. We parked our rental car in the safety of an alcove, off the main street just in front of the apartment. Lorenzo met us at the door since he lives just next door. Overall impressions are that this was the correct housing choice for our visit to Venice. Pros: 1) Apartment is conveniently located less than a block away from the direct tram into Venice. It is just a 4 stop ride into Venice. And there is no confusion as to where it picks up and drops off in Venice itself. 2) Lorenzo, the host, is super helpful and very gracious. As other reviewers said, he works in the koisk at the tram stop. We arrived in the late afternoon and still wanted to go into Venice for dinner. He walked with us to the closed kiosk to print tram tickets which are only 3 euros per person round trip. 3) Apartment is spacious and clean. We were really only there to sleep, but if needed, there was room to relax and enjoy. 4) Less than half the price of living in Venice. I had investigated other options, but decided that I could live with commuting into Venice if it was convenient, especially with 3 young children. Fully recommend this option instead of staying overnight in Venice. Just parking the car in the Venice garage would have been nearly the same cost as staying with Lorenzo. Cons: Not much. I am stretching here to think of anything. But if I have to mention something, maybe some newer bath towels would be nice. They were definitely older and smelled a bit musty. Look, this is not a complaint, just a suggestion. If you are looking for a good alternative to the ridiculous hotel prices in Venice, this is a wonderful alternative. Specifically, Lorenzo's unit makes for an easy entry into Venice. A very good choice. Thank you, Lorenzo, for sharing your home and making my family's stay so comfortable.

Absolument parfait, je recommande à 100%

Super séjour dans cette location irréprochable et très confortable, dans un quartier calme avec tous les commerces à proximité tout à pied. Nous avons laissé la voiture sur le parking toute la semaine. Le tramway est à 30 mètres à 4 arrêts de Venise. Une mention particulière pour le propriétaire Lorenzo qui à tout fait pour que notre séjour soit parfait, de la place de parking qu'il nous a gardé pour notre arrivée, à la petite surprise dans la maison ainsi que ses conseils sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous saurons recommander ce bien à tous nos proches qui souhaitent egalement visiter Venise. Un grand Merci Lorenzo

C'était juste parfait....

Location conforme, très propre, très agréable. L'accès à Venise est on ne peut plus simple (12 min de trajet en tram). L'arrêt de tram est à 30metres. Lorenzo a été un loueur à l'écoute. Bref, je cherche le négatif... Il n'y en a pas... Ah si!!! au mois de juillet il fait trop chaud dehors! oui car dedans la clim de la maison est au top! Merci Lorenzo!!! peut être à bientôt, mais pas en été...

Superbe séjour à Venise

Très beau séjour, tant à visiter Venise que cette location (avec tous le confort intérieur, à 50m de tram nous amenant à l'entrée de Venise). Merci au propriétaire pour tous ces conseils !!

SUPER SEJOUR !

Une location tout à fait conforme à la description de l'annonce : la maison est parfaite, fonctionnelle, refaite à neuf il y a peu et dispose de tout le confort y compris la clim (ce qui est plutôt confortable en été). Elle est très bien placée pour se rendre à Venise : 50 mètres du tram, Venise en 10 minutes et en plus le quartier permet de stationner sa voiture sans problème ! Quant à Lorenzo, c'est un hôte charmant et très prévenant avec des petites attentions sympathiques comme le petit cadeau de bienvenue ou les conseils pour aller à Venise. Nous avons été ravis de faire sa connaissance et de pouvoir échanger avec lui en Français, langue qu'il maîtrise très bien quoiqu'il en dise :) ! Bref, nous ne pouvons que recommander chaudement cette location et n'hésiterons pas à renouveler l'expérience si nous devions repartir à Venise.

Séjour très agréable

Nous remercions chaleureusement M.Vianello pour son accueil, sa sympathie et sa disponibilité à tous moments. Très belle maison bien équipée, très calme située à 50 m du tram et à 10 minutes de Venise. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour du 18/02 au 25/02/17.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Lorenzo, propriétaire fort sympathique et extrêmement serviable. La maison est impeccable, propre et parfaitement équipée, dans un quartier très calme. Elle est également idéalement située pour visiter Venise, avec les transports situés tout à côté (en 10 minutes, nous étions à Venise). Adresse à recommander sans aucune hésitation. Un grand merci à Lorenzo !!
