Modern apartment spread over two floors located on the second floor of a historic Venetian building without an elevator. The apartment has a large panoramic terrace equipped with a dining table from which you can admire the canal and San Pietro. The living area on the first floor includes a bright room with a dining table and a kitchen, complete with everything you need for cooking and equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. The Skyline Penthouse offers two finely furnished bedrooms with queen-size beds on the first and second floors. The bedroom on the second floor connects to a lounge with a large sofa and television. The layout is completed by two bathrooms with showers.

Easy instructions to check in and place was just as advertised. Yes the ceiling was low for the second bedroom, but it didn't bother the guests with us. Extra pillows would be a nice option to add to the property, we all had to use blankets to prop up the pillow in order for us to sleep, otherwise it was too flat to be comfortable. Location was perfect. Far enough away from the main hustle and bustle that it was quiet, but close enough to the main square to walk to. My only criticism is the waste disposal. We obviously looked at the instructions in the accommodation, but when we went looking for the refuse collection boat mentioned in the infographic, we were told by a very friendly local that that's not how it works and isn't possible. They then went onto explain that a man came around at a certain time in the morning and he will ring the bell for the rubbish and that is the only way. However, if I were to return to Venice one day, I would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you.

Die Wohnung war prima. Mit der Sauberkeit war ich nicht so zufrieden (Staubflocken in der Ecke, SchimmelrĂ€nder in der Dusche). In der oberen Etage sollte lt. Bild auch ein Holzboden liegen, war leider nur Teppichboden (unhygienisch). Die Terrasse war toll, konnte aber leider nicht genutzt werden, da zu kĂŒhl.

The stay was very unpleasant. Upon arrival there was no notification nor indication of which of the three apartments; A, B or C was mine. All were on the same landing.Much worse, the key box did not work/lock to secure the sole set of keys provided. That being the case, we could not lock up and go separate ways as was needed on our stay. I contacted the property manager by phone, email and text during office hours to advise them of the issue. There was NO follow up on their part. Very poor service and off putting of our problem. I even called the emergency number, which stated it is closed after hours! I requested by email that the box be repaired or spare keys be provided by 8:30am the next morning. The box repair did not occur until near noon. Disgraceful service, response and a big inconvenience. All I got was an email apology; unsatisfactory.The apartment is very misrepresented as a two bedroom. The upper space is a very low (child/preteen) loft with terribly uncomfortable head clearance. It is not a bedroom.This is a one bedroom unit.The apartment is said to have a washer. It does not. There is a machine in a dirty downstairs space and is not even hooked up and there is no drying rack nor space.This place should not be on VRBO!!

Venice Stay

The apartment was located in a great area and there seem to be several other tourists staying in that particular area of housing. Sadly, when we arrived at the appointed time, 3 PM it had yet to be cleaned
 But they did end up getting it cleaned up in a timely manner. The place was great with the exception of the air conditioning. The property management folks did send someone to address but sadly the error would just go on for three minutes or so and then turn off. Sadly, this took away from our experience because we were so incredibly hot so sleeping was tough. Hoping that they’ve gotten that resolved now.

Modern und historisch mit Weitblick

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das untere geschoss war modern sauber mit einer gut eingerichteten KĂŒche ausgestattet und sehr angenehm. Das Dachgeschoss ist liebevoll gestaltet, mann braucht aber eine gewisse Beweglichkeit um sich in den niedrigen Decken zu bewegen und die tolle Dachterasse zu genießen.
