In the centre of the village of Vernazza, in the natural park of “Le CINQUE TERRE”: marine protected area,
just 50 meters from the sea, YOU can rent an apartment of 35 square meters, completely renovated and
furnished to measure. It is composed of living- room with kitchenette, hallway, bathroom and a double bed
with two seats.
The flat has all the necessary functions. It is located in the centre of Vernazza, in a very comfortable
position to reach the central square, the bars\pubs, the restaurants and the trails of the National Park.
The accommodation is also close to the railway station and the harbor.
This is the ideal location for visiting the Cinque Terre. Vernazza is a small fishing village located in the natural park of the Cinque Terre. It is ONE of the Cinque
Terre, along with Monterosso, Corniglia, Manarola e Riomaggiore.
Staying in Vernazza YOU can enjoy nature and explore the history: excursions by land and by sea, enjoy the
natural wonders offered by the sea.
It is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The whole area of the Cinque Terre has been inserted by
UNESCO in the list “WORLD HERITAGE LIST” in 1997.
The Cinque Terre have been recognized as one of the world’s most beautiful naturalistic places.
From the square branch out some of the trails of the Cinque Terre, in particular those leading to the
Shrine of Madonna of Reggio, the Santuario of San Bernardino and the villages of Monterosso and
Corniglia. The town of Vernazza is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation , sky and Ligurian Sea.
One of the features of the place are the terraced fields carved in the rocks, where vineyards, called
“pergola,”are planted and they produce very particular wines, but of limited production, such as the white
of the Cinque Terre and the “Sciacchetrà”. The Sciacchetrà comes from the local dialect and translated
means “crush and pull”. It is a sweet wine of very limited production.
The area also produces extra virgin olive oil – Dop – and very fragrant lemons.

This flat is right in the heart of Vernazza, with everything in town easily reachable in minutes. The flat itself was quiet and comfortable and has everything one needs for preparing one’s own meals if so desired. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

Budget friendly Gem

Great place to stay with everything you need to experience the splendor of the Cinque Terre. Cozy and efficiently laid out with lots of storage. We only slept there and it suited our needs perfectly. It was also very budget friendly. Our host was very accessible and the person who met us was very lovely. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved this very cute place in Vernazza

Angelo was amazing with communication prior to my visit! Having never traveled to Europe or navigating trains, he was very helpful and a calming force. Manuela met us at our prearranged location and walked us to the apartment. She provided a great orientation to the apartment and town resources. The apartment is in the perfect location. Apartment is very charming and had all the essentials available. My only complaint is that laundry is listed as an amenity, but I was told on arrival that there was only a laundromat in town. It is a “long” haul to the other end of town and is mostly uphill. We had to wait to do laundry at our next destination. I was pretty sure that the listed hot tub was not truly going to be there, given the village itself being aged. It is true that there is not a hot tub. The pictures provided on VRBO don’t make it clear that this is a studio, this not a separate bedroom. This was not a problem for us, but it may be for others. The bed and TV are in the kitchen/dining area. We would stay again!

Vier Tage in Vernazza

Das Appartment liegt zentral in Vernazza in einer Seitenstraße. Um zum Appartment zu gelangen muss man mehrere Treppen ĂŒberwinden. Zum Ckeck In wurden wir an der Apotheke von einer ungeduldigen und wortkargen Frau empfangen, die uns nur schnell zum Apartment brachte, die Touristensteuer kassierte und danach wieder ging. Die Wohnung ist sehr viel kleiner, als sie auf den Bilder aussieht. Man schlĂ€ft etwa einen Meter von der EingangstĂŒr entfernt, die direkt am Hausflur liegt, und direkt in der KĂŒche. Die EingangstĂŒr hat einen ca. 2cm großen Spalt zum Boden, dadurch gelangt jedes GerĂ€usch vom Hausflur in die Wohnung. Außerdem sind in der Wand LĂŒftungsschlitze nach außen, sodass man auch von da ungehindert alles hört. Des Weiteren ist der KĂŒhlschrank unglaublich laut. Selbst mit Oropax war es nicht möglich, bei eingeschaltetem KĂŒhlschrank zu schlafen. Das Licht in der Wohnung ist sehr unangenehm, quasi nackte Leuchten in Baufassungen. In der KĂŒche hat alles geklebt als wĂ€re ĂŒberall eine dicke Fettschicht. Der KĂŒhlschrank hat an den Dichtungen geschimmelt. Das Gefrierfach hat sogar außen an der TĂŒr Schimmel gehabt. Das Bad war relativ modern. Man hat allerdings nur nicht komplett schließende SchiebetĂŒren. Der Klositz war locker, wir mussten ihn selbst festschrauben bei unserer Ankunft. Der Knopf fĂŒr die KlospĂŒlung war zum Teil defekt. Generell haben wir uns in Vernazza nicht wohlgefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden eher empfehlen, in La Spezia zu schlafen und von da aus die einzelnen Dörfer zu erk

Amazing cinque terra!!

Angelo and Manuela were wonderful hosts and made our stay easy and welcome. It’s not easy navigating from train station to flat and the instructions were 100% accurate. The flat was steps from the beach, shops and trails.

Only a few minutes from the train station , this flat was perfect for a stay on the Cinque Terra. The host was very communicative. Plenty of room , nice shower and the drying rack was great. Little market for groceries very nearby. Several restaurants right in town. Loved it.

Excellent stay!

Angelo is a wonderful, responsive host! The flat is comfortable and cozy. Perfect for two people. It is a short walk to everything in Vernazza, yet away from the noise. The flat had everything we needed after spending the day hiking and exploring the Cinque Terre. I highly recommend a stay here!
