Filthy room that smelt like marijuana, tissue Look like it was soaked in water and dried later, missing tissue rolls, tiles and grout were dirty. Well, was dirty towels, bathroom tub peeling, because it was painted over it, no thermostat control. Remote control to the TV is missing buttons and evidently, you must request a code to use the tv within a certain amount of time. Only 2 tiles and washcloths to a Queen size bed room. So you can't wash your hair and wash your body. And by the way , no telephone in the rooms , so you can call room service.

No compassion for insured veterans

The stay was nice except the little fat guy with the mustache at the front desk refused to switch my room from an upstairs to downstairs even though he knows it's difficult for me to walk and I have a wagon to pull. I even showed the quote the earlier gentleman matched was for king size bed and I was overcharged 5 dollars more than that quote and they refused to accommodate a veteran and my difficulties walking

Not worth it.

For the price don't expect it to be the Holiday Inn or Marriott. This is pretty much a kinda of rest your neck. Then leave to your next destination. The room was HOT! The AC barely blew out air. With those big windows that attract lots of heat needs to get retinted.

This hotel was so run down and dirty, I would never stay there again. The ceiling was peeling, paint peeling everywhere, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. In the morning we saw baby roaches.

No food options , bed sheets had holes , the floor was worn out in places, The rooms are very different from the website as the images online highlight few good parts of it. For the money I spent it’s very bad experience. I had booked a room with stove/ cook top but I was allocated another room without one. After complaining I was allocated another room with one. The bed sheets were old and had holes in it like cigarettes burns. Same was the case with the couch. The room and its appearance was old and worn out. I would definitely never stay there again. My mistake was not to look into reviews on google maps. Make sure look at the google map reviews as well. I would not suggest this if you are going with family or if you expect a decent standard place for the money you spend.

Victorville GT HOTEL is slumville garbage!!!!

Horrible room !! Old and falling apart ,, still has carpet from 100 years ago that stink bathtub peeling no shower head walls dirty and cigarette burns everywhere… outlet didn’t work roaches and lamp didn’t work these rooms need to be deep cleaned and remodeled .. nothin good about this hotel expect quick check in
