Vienna vacation

Property is large, spacious and lots of windows. They’ve done a lot or make it comfortable for guests. Nice decor. It is an old building, so bathroom is dated and dark but functional. Very close to subway and markets which is nice. Is in a working class neighborhood. Property manager easy to communicate with and prompt.

Die Wohnung war für uns (zwei Freunde) nahezu perfekt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden und vor allen Dingen ist man in fünf Minuten bei einer U-Bahnhaltestelle. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer. Die Küche ist groß und für unsere Zwecke war alles vorhanden. Die Mitarbeitender des Vermieters waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Für vier Erwachsene ist sie sehr gut geeignet, mit sechs könnte es etwas eng werden, da dann die Couch im Wohnzimmer als drittes Doppelbett fungiert. Der Kontakt zum Schlüsselhalter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und auch selber wieder nutzen.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer angenehmen, ruhigen Gegend und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der nächsten U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Für vier Erwachsene ist sie sehr gut geeignet, mit sechs könnte es etwas eng werden, da dann die Couch im Wohnzimmer als drittes Doppelbett fungiert. Die Elektrogeräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, funktionieren aber noch gut. Etwas ungünstig ist, dass es im inneliegenden Badezimmer keine Lüftung gibt. Dadurch zieht die feuchte Luft nicht gut ab, vor allem wenn mehrere Personen nacheinander duschen. Der Kontakt zum Schlüsselhalter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und auch selber wieder nutzen.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen

Die Unterkunft war sehr aufgeräumt, gemütlich und ausgestattet. Die Leute, von denen wir die Schlüssel bekommen haben, waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht und auch sehr nette Nachbarn. Die Gegend war perfekt, wir waren ganz nah an der Favoritenstraße, wo wir shoppen konnten. Und am Vormittag sollte man den Wochenmarkt auch nicht verpassen. Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, funktional und gleichzeitig ansprechend und gemütlich eingerichtet. 4 Personen in 2 Schlafzimmern finden gut Platz, nur sollte im Kabinett der Schrank- zumindest teilweise- nutzbar sein. Auch Haken, eine Nachttischlampe oder ein Hocker wäre gut. Die Küche ist gut nutzbar, der grosse Eßtisch super, aber etwas mehr Geschirr oder Gläser wären schön! Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und ggf für 2 weitere Personen als Schlafmöglichkeit geeignet.,

Rundum Perfekt

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (12+5 Jahre alt). Liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe der U-Bahn sowie an der Einkaufsstraße. Mit der U-Bahn sind problemlos alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Wien zu erreichen. Mit guten Gewissen können wir das Apartment weiter empfehlen.

Für Kurzurlaub okay

Die Lage war gut, ca. 150 m zur Linie U1 von der man überall gut hin kommt. Die Wohnung selbst war schon sehr abgewohnt. Die Mini-spülmaschine war für uns gerade noch ausreichend. Wir haben aber auch nur in der Unterkunft gefrühstückt und waren auch nur zu dritt. Der Abzug im innenliegenden Bad funktionierte nicht und es gab auch einige Schimmelstellen in den Fugen.

Stemningsfuld og dejlig rummelig lejlighed

Vi havde nogle skønne dage i denne lejlighed, der er stemningsfuld med nogle store rum og højt til loftet. Lejligheden er beliggende i et roligt kvarter og der er indkøbsmuligheder meget tæt på. Nøglen bliver afleveret ved aftalte ankomst tid og der kommer også en person til aflevering af nøgle ved afrejse. Alt fungerede perfekt. Her kommer vi gerne igen.

Goed gelegen appartement op korte loop afstand van metro en bus (Reumann-platz). Auto geparkeerd in de Reumann parkeergarage en een week-ticket gekocht kostte 48 euro (even je standaard kort-parkeerkaart bij parkeer-receptie omwisselen en direct betalen), rest van de week alles met de metro gereisd in Wenen. Supermarkt en winkels allemaal op loopafstand. Gewoon een leuke week verbracht in Wenen, absoluut een aanrader. De sleutelbezorg service is wel een aanrader, eenvoudig en simpel.

Tolle Lage, aber ältere Möblierung

Die Wohnung liegt toll direkt am Reumannplatz, nur 100 m von der U1 entfernt (mit der man direkt zum Stephansdom, Prater, Donauturm und HBf kommt. Nahversorgung alles in nächster Nähe. Allerdings waren die Möbel teilweise nicht mehr gut in Schuss (z.B klemmende Schubladen, teilweise abgeplatztes Furnier etc.) Zimmeraufteilung: ein großes Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit eher schmalem Doppelbett, bei Bedarf ist im Wohnzimmer noch eine Schlafcouch.

Aucun contact avec interhome et lieu où trouver les clés un peu loin de l'appartement. L'appartement était très propre, lumineux, spacieux et idéalement situé par rapport au métro. Seul problème petite fuite sous l'evier du lavabo. Il était noté un parking avec la location mais ce n'est pas exact.

El apartamento es más antiguo de lo que parece en las fotos. La vajilla es escasa y está toda rota. Lo peor es que hay que ir a recoger y a devolver las llaves a unas oficinas que se encuentran muy lejos del apartamento, lo que dificulta la llegada a una ciudad nueva y se consume tiempo y dinero en un servicio fundamental. Las camas son incómodas. No hay microondas. Hay calefacción. No lo recomendaría

Wohnung direkt an der U-Bahn

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt! Die Wohnung ist ideal für den Familien Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und wenn die Fenster zu sind hört man nichts von der Straße. Leider ist die Wohnung nicht ganz so sauber wie erhofft. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer geht nicht, was bei einem innenliegenden Bad nicht vom Vorteil ist. Die Agentur wurde informiert und die hat super schnell reagiert.

Lage sehr gut, Sauberkeit und Service schlecht

Offensichtlich wurde nicht geputzt. Frühstück der Vorgänger war auf dem Küchenboden verteilt. Bad auch nicht richtig geputzt. Und riesige Staubmäuse in den Zimmern lassen vermuten, dass hier länger nicht gereinigt wurde. Die Schlüssellübergabe (Tresor an einem anderen Ort) ist nicht wirklich hilfreich. Hätten wir das vor der Buchung gewusst (wir haben es bei XXX nirgends bemerkt), hätten wir wohl was anderes gebucht. Eine SMS an den Manager über die Sauberkeit blieb unbeantwortet.
