Cozy 2 bedroom Apart with balcony in Ottakring

Welcome to our Apartment. The Apartment includes a living room and 2 bedrooms and it is optimal for up to 6 people (each bedroom has a bed for 2 and a single bed). The apartment has a balcony and is located near Yppennplatz, Huberpark and Brunnenmarkt.

The Apartment has 80 m² and is optimal for up to 6 persons (small group or family). It is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and has a balcony (5 m²).
Each bedroom includes a comfortable bed for 2 adults and a single bed.
The living room includes a TV, couch and a dining room area. The kitchen is located in the entrance area of the apartment (it is small and includes a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, coffee machine with capsules and a toaster).
In the bathroom there is a bathtub, toilete, a sink and a washing machine.
WIFI is available.

Near is the Yppenplatz (gastronomy) and the Brunnenmarkt (market for food).
Information for all travelers with cars: there is no free parking in this area - you need parking tickets.

Just 3 minutes away is a tram station for the line 44 (goes to the centre of Vienna).
About 8 min away is the metro station `Josefstädter Straße` (line U6).

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

All important information (such as reservation details, check-in instructions, google maps directions, extra services etc.) can be found on your reservation page. All guests will get access to the link via message.

*Longer stays
We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
Due to legal regulations, the guests have to enter themselves in an online guest book (name, identification data, address).

Please close all windows and lock the doors when you leave the apartment.

During the heating period: to save energy, please only open the windows briefly to air them out - do not leave them open or tilted open all the time.
Recommended room temperature for heating setting: 20-21 degrees Celsius; please do not set more than 22-23 degrees.
