*The rooms weren’t done despite making multiple requests to you every day and even talking to the housekeeping staff. *The notes system in your hotels is useless, as despite you putting notes in your system, nobody cleaned the rooms. *Your staff changes every day, and nobody knows what was said or discussed with the staff. *We had to clean the rooms and change the beds every day ourselves *The rooms were dirty *The showers didn’t work *The breakfast times had a mind of their own and opened and closed at their convenience. Which hotels do you know in the world where breakfast closes before 8:30 AM? *This is not something that we can pay for and demand a complete refund for our reservation.
