Hotel was fantastic. Brilliant location, spacious room, spotless with excellent facilities. It was however the staff that elevated the experience. Always professional but very courteous and welcoming. Made the stay very special. Would absolutely stay here again if returning to Vienna.

The Michelin rated restaurant was a problem, they pushed us rather quickly through our meal and although the food was fine the experience was such that we didn't return during our one week stay.
