The 60 m² apartment consists of a living area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and thus accommodates 4 people.Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine, television and air conditioning.

The private covered terrace with seating furniture is perfect to start the day with a cup of coffee and enjoy the wonderful view of the pool in the courtyard and the mountain landscape. The common outdoor area has a garden, a terrace with sun loungers and a large pool. There you can swim and sunbathe extensively, while the younger guests can have fun in the children's pool.

In the small village of Villa San Pietro there is a restaurant only 6 minutes walk away (650 m). All other stores for daily needs can be reached in 3-5 minutes by car in Pula, including cafes, two supermarkets and numerous restaurants.
