I am pleased to welcome you in my charming house of 110 square meters which is ready to receive six persons. It is ideally located at 4 min from the BEACH and will be perfect for a tourist stay, with friends or family. You will love its location, which allows you to discover Villerville and the places you can't miss.

## Logement
My house is well equipped. It has three bedrooms with two double beds and a single bed that converts into a double bed, a bathroom with shower, an open and equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room.
You will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Terrace, Dryer, Coffee machine, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Kettle, Toaster.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover emblematic places:
-The Cliffs of the Black Rocks at 7 min by car
-The Church of Notre-Dame de L'Assomption at 1 min.
-the Parc des Graves at 12 min. on foot
-the Touque River at 13 min. by car
-The beach and the Casino Barrière of Deauville respectively at 15 and 13 min. by car.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists. Don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
Villerville is a pleasant locality offering an exceptional view of the Seine estuary. In addition to a 4 km long beach, you will find the cliffs of Villerville / Trouville-sur-Mer, a sensitive natural area of 5.5 hectares including walking trails, playgrounds and picnic areas... Village where life is good, but also village of inspiration for artists. Indeed, Charles MOZIN, Ulysse BUTIN, Gabriel FAURÉ and Charles GOUNOD settled here. Located between Trouville-sur-Mer and Honfleur, Villerville is also known for having been the setting of the famous film "Un singe en Hiver", by Henri VERNEUIL.
