Trato inaceptable

Ha sido todo muy correcto hasta que, el último día y después del check out pedimos a Joan quedarnos un rato en la piscina. Nos dijo que por supuesto y cuando ya nos íbamos del hotel vino la mujer de Joan con muy malas formas a decirnos que no podíamos estar allí después del check out y que teníamos que pagar 10€ por adulto. Por supuesto dijimos que no pagaríamos nada, nos habían dicho que podíamos estar allí sin problema y nadie nos habló de un cargo adicional. Nos ha tratado con muy mala educación, literalmente, 'marchaos de aquí ahora mismo!'. Un trato inaceptable, no repetiremos ni lo recomendaremos. Lástima porque el trato de Joan ha sido siempre muy bueno.

Hotel correcto pero que debe mejorar

Las habitaciones son correctas, amplias y cómodas y el baño está bien. Falta poner amenities, que se indicaba que había y no hay nada. El personal amable pero al llegar te encuentras desubicado, no sabes donde dirigirte, no sé aún si habia wifi o no porque no vi nada ni se nos explicó, el desayuno muy justo (poca cantidad y poca calidad), los carteles para llegar muy pequeños y con poxa visibilidad (nos equivocamos hasta con gps porque era de noche)... En fin justito para el precio. La piscina y habitaciones muy bien
