The decks offer a great spot to people watch!

The spacious kitchen itself is a class act with rich, dark cherry cabinets, black granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens to the dining area, with plenty of seating for everyone at the table. The living room has a leather-accent sectional, a flatscreen TV, and access to the deck and outdoor table for al fresco dining or a game of cards oceanside.

The primary King suite features a double vanity, a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and access to the large balcony - the perfect place for enjoying a quiet morning sunrise. ***Additional parking is available for daily/ weekly purchase at the Virginia Beach City Parking Lot located across the street, behind the Sandbridge Market for oversized vehicles or overflow parking.

Electric Vehicles may not be parked or charged at the Sandbridge Dunes Complex per HOA rules.

Elevator Access: The building has an elevator that's at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide.

The Sandbridge Dunes Condo Pools are open from Mid May to Late September (weather permitting). These dates are at the sole discretion of the Sandbridge Dunes Condo Association.

Pets are not permitted at the Sandbridge Dunes Condos.
