Polzeath is a fabulous surfing beach and we have a wet suit rack to hang your wetsuits on when you get back from a surf.
Polzeath has a great Spar shop and offers fish and chips, pasties, pizza and ice cream as well as some great surf and clothing shops and a gallery.
Greenaway is a wonderful place for rock pooling when the tide is out and the hours just drift past as you become totally absorbed in shrimping, crabbing and fishing.
Daymer Bay has a large car park that is very reasonable to park in all day and is sandcastle heaven and one of the best windsurfing/kite surfing spots in the country. At low water it has a vast beach.

Great location, pet-friendly, very responsive host. Lovely flowers and a bottle of wine greeted our arrival. There is a problem with damp in the property. A wall-mounted de-humidifier is in one bedroom, which you are encouraged to use. The property is not suitable for those with a lung condition. The bedding felt cold and damp through the night, not pleasant. Our salt, pepper and spice containers were all affected by the damp. We stayed during a wet September, and were unable to dry our coats/wet clothing.
Nice little bungalow in a quiet area of Polzeath. Furniture was comfortable. Well fenced in garden for the dog to enjoy. Issue with toilet that was speedily fixed. Very steep gravel access road, not for the faint hearted. Overall a good property at a fair price, I would stay again.
We had a great stay. Very clean property and very lovely and comfortable duvets and pillows.
Bit of a squeeze for 5 of us but we knew that before we went. More suitable for 3-4 guests.
We found the driveway to the property in poor condition but other than that we would recommend.
Lovely cosy spot, very good location, recommended.
Great owner communication, she advised us of any issues which she thought we should know eg main bed being on the smaller size. Good location with parking and enclosed garden safe for dogs. Comfortable furniture, warm with good radiators, good quality bedding.
