Our Beach House is a completely remodeled and newly furnished ocean front home
that offers a fantastic view of the beach and the ocean. The first floor has a wonderful open floor plan,
which is perfect for spending time with your friends, family, or guests.

The newly constructed deck is the perfect place to sit and relax while enjoying the sights and sounds of the surf.
This home offers easy direct beach access from the yard to miles of sandy beach.

The house is centrally located between Florence and Newport, and just minutes from Waldport and historic Yachats,
where you can find a variety of restaurants, ocean activities and shopping pleasures.

This house was even better than the pictures in the listing. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including the one in the master bedroom) was more than enough room for us. The house was clean with extra blankets specifically for dogs, beautiful view and walk right down to the beach. We also enjoyed the deck with a small completely fenced yard with a small patch of grass. We also loved the location, easy drive to the grocery store in Waldport and quick drive to Newport to visit the aquarium. We will definitely be back.

Great trip

Lovely home, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are nice and comfortable. The view is gorgeous and beach is quite. We have stayed before and will stay again, this home is one of our favorites.

Beach Getaway

Great location on the beach & in between lots of places to see along the coast. Daily beach walks were loved by us & our dogs. Beds are super comfy & the home had everything we needed! This was our second time renting this home & we will definately rent again.

Wonderful location and stay!

We had a great stay at this property! It’s unclear in the listing, but it has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths! Very well equipped kitchen, superb view and access to the beach! Nice fenced in area for pets if needed too. The house was clean and I would recommend this location to anyone! One of the nicest rentals we have stayed at.

Location is everything!

This home is gorgeous. The location is absolutely perfect being right in the beach in a quiet area. Pulling off the highway at night can be a bit stressful but manageable. Our only complaint was how filthy the home was upon arrival. It looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned. Towels and bedding were musty, easily remedied with doing a load of laundry. When I reported the condition of the home the property manager was quick to respond and we were able to come to a compromise. Overall, a great home just needs a good clean!

Great Location, Steps from the beach

We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for us and our family. The view was amazing. It was steps from the beach. A beach that had very few people. The house had everything we needed. There were a lot of items in the kitchen which made cooking easy. The outdoor patio was great! The sand toys for the kids was a bonus. A great stay! We would definitely book again!

Waldport Beach House

Our stay at the Beach House in Waldport was comfortable and we enjoyed the views of the ocean from the house and deck. The beach front access and the beach were the best features. It felt like we were on your own private beach and you can walk for miles. Waldport is a nice, quaint community. The Sand Dunes in Florence are about 45 minutes south, and Newport is about 30 minutes north of Waldport.

Best VRBO Stay at The Coast

Our family had the best time staying at this house! The views, the access to the beach was simply perfect. We all came together to celebrate 3 birthdays and it was just what we were looking for. The bedrooms were large and bright with great views, the house was so clean and very well stocked! I have owned and managed VRBO’s for the last 9 years and I was so impressed by our stay here. Steps from the beach

This is a great place to stay. Not fancy but clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The views from the living room, deck, and upstairs bedrooms are amazing. You are only 22 stairs and 25 steps from a wonderful beach that goes for miles. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Vacation

Beach house was exactly as described. House was immaculate when we arrived. It was spacious for our family of six. We loved the beach view and the beach access. We were able to walk on the beach several times when the weather permitted. We loved hearing the waves at night. This house has all the amenities we needed. Kitchen and cooking supplies, towels, blankets, wi-fi, cable in three rooms, washer and dryer, games and books. Each room has its own temperature setting which was wonderful. We would highly recommend this beautiful beach house.
