Beautiful suite located right in the heart of old town. The suite is spacious with high ceilings and well equipped. Check in and out was very easy. Since its location the old town, cars are not allowed so you must be able to carry your baggage through the cobble stone streets and up the stairs to the suite. This is the only downside to staying in old town.

Dramatic!

When we found out that the properties are in different locations, we needed to be moved to be closer to our friends. If you want to be located on the Old Town Square, be sure to confirm the location before booking. Otherwise, the properties are beautiful with nice amenities. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows as they provided no support.

LOVED IT!

Property was amazing and location was spectacular! Right in the heart of old town, we could walk everywhere we needed to go.This is a 2 bedroom flat with full kitchen, living and dinning room. Up to date and georgous! Property manager met us in the square to show us around. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the old town!

Laura was our assistant for the property. She was fantastic. She met us outside of the square and ushered us in so that we could unload our luggage in the square, then led us to our parking area just outside of the square. She gave us great recommendations on restaurants and tried to help us out with someone to assist my elderly parents once we left them. Laura was fantastic. Thanks Laura! The unit was very nice and right in the middle of stare miasto...really beautiful and decorated very nicely. It had a/c, but we didnt use it, as it was cooler. The biggest problem for us (and this was my fault) is you have to go up about 5 flights of stairs to reach the unit. Typically not a problem for us, but I forgot that I had my 83 year old father with me. My oversight. So walking those flights of stairs multiple times a day was a struggle for him. So be warned in you have people in your party with mobility issues. aside from that, it was a fantastic stay in a private luxury suite. There were 5 in our party.

You can't beat the location of this property - it is in the heart of Old Town's square with all the restaurants, shops, and bars. Alex was a fantastic host who took the time to show us where to park and all the pertinent details of the apartment. I wouldn't recommend having a car while staying here because parking was far away, and expensive. However, I would recommend staying in this apartment. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the host company is very personable and organized.

AWESOME find in the heart of Warsaw!

AWESOME find in the heart of Warsaw! Extremely rare to find something with this much space in Europe. Not only that but it was in the HEART of old town square AND the windows prevented any noise from the square (that was NOT the case when we booked a place in Belgium's main square where all noise could easly be heard). Amenities are ALL very modern. Extremely clean. Can't get more convenient than this location. Highly recommended.

This property met our needs in every way. We were given the details but I would like to request that the exact address be communicated more than a day before. As we were travelling I did not have the opportunity to check that the address on Expedia is different from the actual location. The property is located right in the old market square in The Old City so it's very close to main tourist attractions. At the same time, the apartment is quiet at night so I could get good a good night's sleep. It's advertised as a hotel not an appartement, it was hard to find, I got charged for late check in, the building is old and dirty at the entrance! the actual place is very old, I paid the equivalent of a very nice hotel but got this dreadful apartment instead!

Of the 8 hotels we stayed at during our vacation, THIS was the absolute BEST! Absolutely beautifully decorated and well kept. Modern amenities, lighting, and art as well as Roman/Greek accents and nice wood floors made this spacious stay a pleasure in every sense. The location is unbeatable being at the heart of Old Town. As if that was not enough, Laura, the property manager was the nicest, most accommodating, host we've ever had. She toured us, showed us how the many appliances, lights, and amenities worked and even ordered a taxi for us on Christmas morning! She truly went above and beyond! We can't wait to return!

Very nicely appointed large apartment in the old town. Very thoughtful staff, easy to work with. Beautiful area; easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and sights.

Wow!

This place was AMAZING! and Laura who is the caretaker was phenomenal. I had some trouble (my fault) locating the building and Laura literally figured out where I was, met me, and then led me to the building. The apartment was truly a luxury apartment, and the kitchen was well equipped (I like to cook). I also need to mention the master bathroom...wow! You need to experience it for yourself. Also, it's literally located on the market square of old town Warsaw...incredible location!
