The property is in a nice neighborhood. Unfortunately there were a lot of big bushes blocking the house so you have to really look to make sure. In the description it says it's a whole house. Which was misleading to me. It is just a little like efficiency room. The room itself was nice. It was pretty clean. The towels did not smell very clean unfortunately. Also it says that we would have the place to ourselves . There were multiple people living in other apartments in the house . They were all very friendly and nice tho. But there was not really much privacy with people coming in and out the house and people outside. Was woken up a few times by the upstairs person coming down the stairs really loud. There was a roll of toilet paper with enought to last til the next morning so had to buy toilet paper . Close to the beach and there is a laundry matt some restaurants and an ice cream shop like rich next to the place. Which I enjoyed very much.. it was not a bad place to stay. Would stay again. Just mis leading with the description of the place. It is just a room not a whole house. And there are people who live in the house. So unfortunately we did not have a lot of privacy.

Arrived at 4 pm easy check in clean room tv worked great. I cleaned the heater filter a tad before it worked after that it was warm n toasty in the cold of winter. Everything was perfect. Just wished the next door neighbor wasn’t soo nosy LOL overall it was great will definitely stay again... ty Richard for being a great host

Where to start? We were highly disappointed in this property. First and foremost there was a strong moldy odor and what looked like it could have been mold in the shower area. There was no private bathroom. It was only divided by a half wall between the bed and the shower and toilet. Due to the ac unit in the window, there was not a tight seal for air and sounds. The property is kinda on the corner of a busy road so we heard traffic loudly until pretty late into the night. The remote control for the Roku tv didn’t work well. The ”bathroom” light/vent was wired in series with the existing electrical in the room, which means one switch controlled the whole room. This surely cannot be up to the standards of what an electrical inspector would approve. We didn’t get much sleep at all due to the smell and sounds, so we left before sunrise. The parking was limited. So either the owners or other guests arrived after we parked and we got blocked in, (even though we parked where instructed), So it took some skilled maneuvering to navigate our small vehicle out of there that morning. I would not recommend booking this property. It needs a fair amount of improvements to be considered anything more than a 1-star rating.

No private bathroom, just a half wall. No mirror over the sink. Just a fan for the shower which doesn't help at all . Had no blankets had to go get them in the laundry room. Was freezing because the window a/c was still in the window stuffed it with towels. Giant weed at the front door with purple berries which robbed against my canvas bag and stained it.

Room was very cold, still had a/c in room even though the weather was predicted to get much cooler for the previous week. Had to ask another man on the property to help me take out the A/C unit. Didn’t have enough blankets to stay warm, luckily had one in my car. Room was not filthy but wasn’t all that clean!

Basic lodging
Utilitarian, but met my needs. Bed, refrigerator, microwave. shower, sink, and toilet. No table or chair, so don't rent unless you are busy and only need a place to shower and sleep. I did not particularly like ROKU TV
