Check in was good, rooms are old, out dated. Air conditioning was noisy, and although the room seemed cleaned it felt damp. Bed was hard and had feather pillows that were not comfortable.

Budget-friendly with nice staff

Old building that has some updates to the rooms, but the walls are thin, and the heating and plumbing systems are old and takes a long time to heat up. If you are looking for an economical place to stay with friendly staff - this is not a bad choice.
