We had a great time visiting DC and really enjoyed our stay at this property! It had everything we could have asked for, including comfy beds, laundry, a nice kitchen, and easy access to other neighborhoods in Arlington and DC. The hosts were very communicative as well and did a great job making sure our stay was pleasant. Thanks again to Pip and Sheryl and we will definitely book rebook for our next trip!

We had a great stay overall. This is a quiet neighborhood with great walking and trails nearby, a quick (10-minute) drive to DC. Public transportation is steps away.The location needs a little care in the form of patching holes in walls, repairing toilet paper holders, and some minor cleaning.Overall this was a great stay.

Nothing short of amazing

Pip is amazing. His communication is above par. I slept better than I do in my own bed. The apartment in the home was perfect. Very clean and home like. This property is Handicapped accessible but not wheelchair accessible (we did not have a wheel chair but wanted to let people know in case someone can’t walk. The parking is not confusing at all. Someone had parked in our spot (we had an SUV and a car) and pip was quick to help figure things out so my rental wouldn’t stick out in the road. I can’t say enough good things about this place. You will feel safe here. The water pressure and temps are great. This place is above 5 stars if you ask me.

Great location, clean and cozy apartment. Pip and Cheryl are so helpful , we needed to stay an extra day and they bent over backward to accommodate us. We feel safe in their property and find many restaurants and stores to be nearby.

Great Find!

Great find in the Arlington area. Pip was very easy to communicate with and very flexible and understanding when it came to an early check in/late check out. The place was perfect for a weekend in the DC area and fully meets the description of the place. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Clean place and Good hosts. Not an apartment though.

The characterization that it is an Apt is a bit misleading. This is a house with three floors. So you will hear footsteps and noises if you are not on top floor. Some might get upset due to that. Otherwise, this is a clean and compact place which can be good for a small family or group of friends. Hosts are good in communication. No issues there.

Pictures are accurate! Wonderfully updated, clean and perfect location. Close to DC but neighborhood feel. Biked into DC a couple days to see some sites. Grocery & restaurants nearby. Nice quiet place to stay. Enjoyed the complimentary Keurig coffees! Highly recommend!
