First VRBO Rental
This was my first VRBO rental...and because of this little house, I keep using VRBO for my travels. This house is on the small side. For 3 adults we found the size to be good for a couple of nights. As 3 chunky humans the bathroom door open was a little close to the sink, tight squeeze theough. If you are a larger person, be cautious of the smaller space in that room. We would stay at this house again!

This cozy little home has everything we needed for a quick trip to the Wausau area. Starbucks is right at the end of the street was definitely an added bonus for our busy schedule.

Perfect location
One block from everything; Starbucks, fastfood, groceries, Kwik Trip/BP, dining/cocktails for adults.... walking ability. Shopping close by. Fishing everywhere. House is perfect for a couple/or with one child. Laundry a big bonus.

This small house/cottage was well-maintained and comfortable for the price. The neighborhood isn't pristine, but it didn't seem uncomfortable. I wanted to be comfortable for a couple nights while I hiked some of the IAT segments in the area. This was a nice base camp located close enough to the areas that I wanted to visit. Very affordable.

Great location
Such a quaint home away from home in a great location for what we needed. 1 of our party couldn't make it and the home was situated in a location perfect for my hubby and I to be close to our daughter. It was our first ever VRBO experience and I glad we have this little old home a chance. It's definitely cute, has tons of charm, and the location couldn't be more convenient for our visit.
