Everything was just about perfect! The only thing I wish were more available, was more toilet paper in the bathroom. Stayed for two nights, and had to resort to using Kleenex tissues the second evening and night. Also, the plug in the bathtub unfortunately did not work.

Staff was great there was a laundromat on site. We did not use the on-site restaurant for breakfast. My only complaint is the parking garage was not great. Otherwise would definitely stay there again. Excellent hotel nice set up in very roomy

The AC wasn’t working properly and no fan was available so we were moved to a slightly cooler room. We were made aware that the 13th of April was the first day of the season , to connect the AC. The staff were the absolute friendliest, professional and made our Toronto visit so enjoyable!
