What's nearby:
This condo is located in the Moody neighborhood of Wells, on the western edge of the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve. Spend the summer boogie boarding and sunbathing at Moody, Footbridge, and Ogunquit Beaches, all of which are one mile away. You can also take easy coastal drives to the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge (six miles north) and charming downtown Kennebunkport (10 miles northeast).

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la propretĂ© des lieux et l’ emplacement. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. La piscine est un atout. Par contre, les matelas sont usĂ©s ils ont besoin d’ĂȘtre changĂ©.

Family and wedding

The property was very nice. Clean. My only concern would be that there were very strict rules about the pool use with children which would have been helpful to know beforehand. Our son stayed with our twin grandsons and it was difficult since you can only have one child with an adult at the pool at one time. It virtually made the pool unusable for them.

Very nice, quiet and clean property. Our room was on the smaller side so would be ideal for a couple or small family. The pool was also very nice for the times we weren’t at the beach!

Don’t stay here!

Our room was filthy. The bed was uncomfortable. The blinds were broken in the bathroom and we had to put towels up over the window. The tv didn’t work because the Wi-Fi was very poor. We left exhausted because of not sleeping well. I would recommend putting some money back into the property. We will never stay here again!

Good home base

This property was sufficient for us because we mostly just needed a place to sleep. It would be small for anyone who planned on spending a lot of time here, but if you plan on going out a lot, it is a good place to sleep. Plenty of towels and other linens, easy to “check in”.

Its not well insulated for noise..we hear the shower and TV..etc from the neighbors..and the stove plate is not very hot..it takes a long time to cook a meal...needs a salad bowl...otherwise...perfect for 2 people

Small condo outside of Ogunquit

Great deal for a last minute trip. Clean property with most of the bare essentials. Easy check in and entry processes. However, room was much smaller than expected and wasn't really within walking distance to much as expected with younger children in tow. Not enough bathroom amenities left on-site (no replacement toilet paper so had to buy extra).

Perfect Little Getaway

Very true to the pictures. Cute little place to stay, clean, quiet, great location - minutes from the beach as well as restaurants and shops. The room had everything we needed with many of the comforts of home. (You may want to bring extra toilet paper and coffee filters.) Check-in & check-out was the easiest I've experienced. I only wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely return!

Kitchen lights and ceiling fan not working properly. Desk lamp flickering on and off. Room with couch and chair too crowded. Couldn’t walk around the bed without banging your leg.

The property was spotless and met our needs. The only problem was pre-trip communication with Vacasa- the management company... Multiple emails and attempted phone calls to get in touch with them (in their defense - A recorded message stated that they were overwhelmed with calls due to pandemic...Additional the local property manager had a family emergency).

A Great Stay

Great place to stay if your looking for a short mini vacation but don't want to be right in the heart of downtown. Everything was within walking distance. Only downside was there were not enough lights in the room, and the tv remote was missing in action. Not a big deal but still a minor flaw. It would have nice to know you could bring at least 2 cars. There was a ton of room where we stayed, but the listing only said one. It would have been nice to see in the email that you have a lock box attached to your unit and that's it. We spent a few minutes walking around trying to find someone to check in or ask questions. Other than that, great stay!
