Not very satisfied.
The living room and deck were very comfortable. However, the pots and pans were insufficient - there were actually no pots. The oven was dirty. The Roku in the second bedroom did not work. The dishwasher didn’t work either. The refrigerator had coffee creamer in it, which had expired months ago. There were no cleaning supplies, I had to spend much more on groceries than expected (having to buy spray cleaner, toilet paper, paper towels, etc) and still had to get take out because I couldn’t cook meals at the house. With a little more care, this could be a nice rental.

PEACE N QUIET!!
My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary in March 2023. Joshua was quick to respond and answered all of my pre-check in questions. The home backyard porch and scenery are beautiful, this is where a lot of my time was spent. My siblings live in the area and it was great seeing them, we will return :)

This was a clean, comfortable home. It was ~20 minutes to UofSC campus, so it was close enough for us to get to weekend events, while giving us some relief from the campus traffic chaos.

Lovely place in a quiet suburban location
We had a very nice four-night stay at this property, it is in a nice suburban neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from downtown and Fort Jackson. Both bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen appliances were very nice. The Keurig coffee maker was nice to use. The host was very responsive, as we communicated with him several times during our stay.
