Staff was unbelievable and helpful however, two days I requested repair in the bathroom because only scolding hot water came out so for two days they did not fix it, they only fixed the sink so I had to shower at a friend’s house away from the hotel so for both nights I did not take a shower

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, making for a relaxing stay. Well renovated, well-maintained historical and charming hotel right on campus of West Point. Staff were helpful, & each room featured a different veteran’s biography. Overlooks the Hudson River. On site restaurant. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

I would not recommend staying here at all, in fact I am not sure who is in charge weather the DOD or a private company but since it is on the base of West Point, I can't help but blame the government. This place is so run down and dirty it is unbelievable. It is advertised as fabulous. I cannot think who could say that. It stinks was full of bugs so old like never renovated. The front desk staff was horrible actually just mean, upon checking in, not even because we complained. The room and bathroom were horrid. I would not even suggest going to see West Point because there is no where to stay when visiting,and this should not be the place. If you visit stay 30 minutes away and drive there. Er were there for a sporting event so it was convenient but AWFUL. The Patton Bar stunk so bad of mold we could not even enter. George would be ashamed!!!
