This beautifully remodeled 3BR home features an airy living room and a fun-filled game room. Enjoy a prime location in a quiet neighborhood, just 0.4-mile walk from Colonial Acres Beach. This home has Central AC, Wifi and 2 Smart TVs complete with Netflix and FUBOtv. Relax by the calm waters of Lewis Bay and watch boats traveling to and from the harbor.

Please, no pets (owner's children are allergic), no smoking and no large parties/events.

SUPPLIES
We will make it easier for you by starting you off with a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish sponge, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and hand soaps.

Your Cape Cod haven has a warm open-concept living area plus a fun-filled game room in the converted garage.
Relax on a comfy sectional while watching shows on the 42” TV with live Smart TVs (FUBO for live TV and Netflix) on . Large windows light up the coastal color palette.

This classic single-story home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
Find a comfy queen bed in the master bedroom, plus a convenient en-suite half bath and direct access to the yard.
A soothing ocean theme and a queen bed are found in the guest room, while nautical colors adorn the third bedroom, furnished with two extra-long twin beds. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination and a granite vanity.

OUTDOOR AREA
The spacious backyard includes a stone patio and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a sun-soaked beach day. The grill-master will enjoy a full size grill with utensils included. Enjoy toasting marshmallows by the fire pit or doze off on the relaxing hammock.

You’re just down the street from an array of culinary gems; Yarmouth House is the mecca for cocktails and oysters, and Keltic Kitchen is a favorite for an authentic Irish brunch. Penguin's Ice Cream Shoppe is only 4 minutes away.

Only 8 minutes to Hyannis Harbor and Marina where you’ll find sunset cruises, sailing trips, duck boat rides, and pirate ship cruises. From Hyannis Harbor, catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket for a fun day trip.

Fantastic weekend getaway

We had an amazing time staying in the Cape. The place was beautiful, very clean and right next to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here and we plan to stay here again.

As much as this looks to be a great summer location, it was equally excellent for a fall getaway. The house is lovely and has so many thoughtful spaces - a hammock under the trees, a goofy bean bag chair to watch a family ping pong battle, plenty of couches for everyone to sprawl out on. The location was ideal for quick walks to the beach to stretch out legs or see the sunset. We also hopped in the car to enjoy easy access to other towns on the Cape.

This was a perfect house for a family of 5! The game room provided family entertainment and additional space to hang out. Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! Every aspect of the house was as noted in the description. Comfy beds, a well appointed kitchen, firepit, gameroom, outside shower, and beach accessories were all wonderful!! It is a short walk to the beach but we ended up getting a parking spot each time. We also appreciated how conveniently located the home is to shopping and restaurants. Even with a few rainy days, we had a great visit.

West Yarmouth near the beach!

This house is exactly as advertised. The owner is extremely responsive. This was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental property. Because the location is close to Hyannis, there can be some traffic issues. Easy walk down to a very nice beach.

Great property for our family of 4, easy walk to beach as advertised, great amenities (firepit, outside shower, AC, laundry, gameroom), and super clean throughout. Great location and host!

We had a lovely time at this VRBO! The house is great, the kids loved the games in the game room and I’m pretty sure have convinced my husband to buy one for our basement. Location is perfect, easy walk to the beach, the Yarmouth House and a bagel shop. If you go into Hyannis you have to check out Embargo. I went with my husband once and we took the whole family back the next night, soooooo good! Thank you! We hope to return someday!

Everything about this property and the owners was nothing less than amazing! The home was so clean and had everything you need, no need to bring your own linens YAY! We enjoyed cooking and barbecuing but also the great nearby restaurants. Can’t beat Yarmouth House a short walk away. Marybeth was the best…so easy to communicate with. Not that we had any on this trip, but the home is perfect for children of all ages with the garage converted to a game room. “Big” kids included So fun and cozy! Walk to the beach then back to the outdoor shower to get the sand off…just perfect. A must for anyone looking for a Cape vacation…..but please don’t take our weeks. Thanks for everything, MaryBeth!

Wonderful!!!

My family of 4 stayed at Cape Christopher for 2 weeks this summer and had an absolutely wonder time!! The house has been beautifully updated, very comfortable, extremely clean, nice quiet neighborhood and just a short walk from Colonial Beach. We all got a lot of enjoyment in the game room too! Maybeth was super nice, very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant vacation. Can wait to return!

We go to the Cape every summer and have stayed in many locations, this stay was by far my kids favorite home! I have a 12 year old girl and 8 year old twin boys. The house came equipped with so much to do during down time from the beaches they often just wanted to play in the yard. There were plenty of toys and outdoor activities in the home. Linens are provided and the central AC kept us very comfortable at night. The neighborhood is so lovely. We met so many friendly neighbors and kids playing during our stay. My kids also met the neighbors dogs which they loved and they got to see the bunny’s daily that live and eat in the yard. The beach at the end of the main road is walking distance and is great because it’s not overcrowded. The home is not far from Cape Cod mall and the water park and is close to restaurants and local shops. Marybeth was a great host and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Cape Cod home w/great proximity to beach

This is a lovely home that afforded us (family of 4 - parents + 2 young adults) a splendid vacation. The house is very well appointed -well stocked kitchen, grill and outdoor eating space, lots of beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, etc. It's a very easy walk to the beach and transporting all the equipment in the wagon makes it very convenient. The location is ideal; mid/central Cape, with easy access to explore many other areas throughout Cape Code, which we did. Close to great restaurants, plenty of options for ice cream, and other activities. We rented bikes and went from Dennis to Brewster and back; we played pickleball nearby and took a ferry from Hayannis to Martha's Vineyard one day. We had lots of together time, but the house was big enough for everyone to have a little of their own space, to check in on work emails (very good internet), watch TV or play one of the video games. All in all, we can highly recommend this property. And Marybeth was very communicative and very easy to work with.

Lovely home close to Hyannis

The house was perfect for our stay with the family. The kids lived in the rec room when they weren't at their various camps in Hyannis. That made this choice ideal. We ate dinners out everynight so we did not use the kitchen much except for feeding the kids cereal in the morning. We did not use the outdoor grill. The only challenge is the bedroom off the kitchen does not have an indoor shower. You must use the outdoor shower. That was not so comfortable one day when it was 69 degrees and raining. Bring shower shoes. There is 1 full bathroom indoors and 1 very small bath with sink and toilet in one bedroom, plus the outdoor shower. That bedroom also has the full size washer and dryer in it. It was nice to wash our clothes at the end of the stay. 3 bedrooms total. 2 with queen beds and 1 with twin beds. Overall the stay was good and the location perfect for Hyannis activities. The abundance of traffic in/out of Hyannis can require more time for driving. I'm sure that's seasonal.

Excellent Location, Lovely Home

The house was just perfect for a beach vacation. Very clean, nicely decorated, plenty of room for the family, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of beach gear! Short walk to the beach and a great game room. Hosts were lovely and neighbors were super friendly. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this house

Cape Cod-ess Girl’s Trip

Our host, Marybeth, was the best! Great communication, highly accommodating, and many thoughtful touches. The house was perfect for our long awaited girl’s trip! Highly recommend staying here!

Harming beach house

My family and I had a relaxing time at this vacation home. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with appliances and utensils. Marybeth was very helpful and communicative. The recreation room was a real plus! We were able to easily walk to the beach and loved the convenience.
