The Space:

Looking for Luxury Vacation Living? Then welcome to the Laneway Haus, one of the newest additions to downtown Whitefish Montana!



This custom, newly built townhome offers a grand vacation experience with all the amenities and space you could desire. When you enter Laneway Haus you will immediately notice the high end finishes and extra space you will be enjoying during your stay. And this beautiful property with exceptional mountain views from the balcony is nestled right in downtown Whitefish, walking distance from some of the best dining and entertainment in the valley.



The main level has a laundry room with a brand new stacked washer and dryer and 2 over-sized bedrooms and plenty of closet space. The first bedroom has a queen bed with luxury bedding and a twin over twin bunk bed, 55" TV, large bathroom with walk in shower and heated floors! The second bedroom has a king bed with a large closet, 55" TV, walk in shower and also has heated floors. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony which has gorgeous mountain views.



When you walk up the steps to the second level you will truly feel the consideration that was given to space in this custom townhome. The large and open kitchen concept has everything you need to prepare a fantastic gourmet meal. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone and offers a 65" TV, gas fireplace and electric blinds. Walk out onto the huge covered patio and there is a natural gas grill, plenty of comfortable seating and the most amazing views of Big Mountain! The living room and kitchen area have large glass patio doors and skylights to let in all the natural sunlight you could want on those beautiful Montana days.



Laneway Haus is the perfect spot for your summer or winter vacation with central air conditioning and heating, heated bathroom floors, gas fireplace and a perfect location to walk around downtown or catch the Ski Bus up to the slopes. In the summer you can enjoy mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and so much more! And in the winter you can hit the slopes, go snowmobiling, snow shoeing and many other fun winter activities.



Complete your dream vacation with a stay at Laneway Haus, the newest and premiere addition to the Whitefish vacation rental scene! You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 8 guests and 2 vehicles unless otherwise approved. Spectacular Location!

This property was perfect for our stay in downtown Whitefish! We walked to all the best restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and souvenir shops and only had to use our car for destinations such as Glacier National Park and Whitefish Mountain Resort. The beds are comfy and everything is clean and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Very clean townhome and great location in town

We spent the New Year's holiday here and were very happy with the condition of the property and the responsiveness of the property manager. The unit was very clean and well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Walkable to everything in town. This is a great option for your stay in Whitefish.

Wonderful Whitefish stay!

This is a lovely property in a great location. Loved being so close to downtown Whitefish and a great walking trail to Whitefish River and Lake. The home is spotless with every amenity we could need or want. As a Floridian visiting Montana, I really LOVED the heated bathroom floors :). I highly recommend this property. It was a great home base for our exploration of this part of Montana.

Wonderful!

We loved staying here. Location was awesome. Short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, really appreciated all the warm blankets and comforters. You could easily but a pack n play in the laundry room and your baby or toddlers could have a nice dark place to sleep. Owners were friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! -with love from Texas We also loved the balcony, were you can see the whitefish ski slopes from.

Perfect location

Beautiful condo in the perfect location. Easy walking distance to everything in town, including the yummy coffee at Loula's, all the bars and restaurants downtown, and shopping and a grocery store to boot. We loved the large bedrooms, view from the family room, and the ability to use the well-appointed kitchen. Plenty of closet space, large bathrooms with heated floors, lots of pillows and extra blankets. Air conditioning was handy, as well as the large laundry room and newer washer/dryer. We also loved the covered parking space that led right to the downstairs hallway. Only one thing I would point out, lots of stairs in the condo, just something to know with luggage and those with limited mobility. I would recommend this condo to anyone who travels to Whitefish.

Soccer Weekend

We stayed in this condo in September for a weekend soccer tournament. The condo is beautiful and the entertainment area is spectacular. There was 6 of us staying and everyone had lots of space. The condo is in the heart of Downtown and we walked everywhere. The beds were amazing and everyone had a wonderful sleep. I can’t say enough good about this condo. There is a lot of stairs so if that would be a problem for you I would not recommend. Brenda
