Sea Holly Cottage is a 3 bedroom house with a large enclosed garden close to town.
Reopened in 2026, Sea Holly Cottage opens up into a surprisingly expansive family home. Spanning three floors, this traditional cottage offers the rare luxury of three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, providing ample breathing room for multi-generational groups. The ground floor is designed for socialising, featuring a large, separate dining room and a cosy living roomâboth warmed by gas fireplaces. Beyond the fully equipped galley kitchen, youâll find a downstairs family bathroom.
You check in using a key box code. I am however local to the area, so if you need anything or have any questions, I am only a phone call away and a short drive!
The house is centrally located on a quiet residential street. Parking is limited but once parked you are close enough to walk 5 minutes to town and a bit further to the beach just off harbour street. The local shops and boutiques are a treat to visit and there are a wide variety of great restaurants to suite all tastes.
You have access to all areas in the property apart from the cupboard in the eaves.
Gather the whole familyâgrandparents includedâfor a quintessential seaside escape. Sea Holly Cottage blends traditional comfort with the space a modern family needs. Imagine cosy evenings by the twin gas fireplaces in the lounge and dining room, and sun-drenched mornings enjoying breakfast in the private lawned garden.
The clever layout offers privacy for everyone: the first floor features two bright twin bedrooms with their own walk-in shower room, while parents can retreat to the spacious master suite in the converted attic, complete with a private cloakroom. From the fully equipped galley kitchen and ground floor family bathroom out to the dedicated utility room for those sandy beach clothes, weâve thought of every detail to make your stay effortless.
