Casita only 3 blocks from downtown- Very clean!

This casita was Built in 2015 Brand New King size mattress in 2021. Tv's in bedroom and living area. Full kitchen and laundry room. Comfortable couch that pulls out for extra sleeping. Small fenced yard and seating area with a barbeque. WIFI and satellite. It is three blocks from downtown. Very close to entrance to Simpson Arena and a few minutes drive to Rancho Rio for roping and horse boarding. We are very excited to Offer this like new casita! If you are traveling with companions we have a sister casita right next door! SO PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT! Vrbo 649360 is next door
PLEASE Note: our cleaning fees are according to length of stay to give my cleaning lady ample time to keep our standards high 1-6 nights is standard rate 7-21 nights $125

It was a very comfortable space and had everything you might need. I appreciated the grill in the backyard, the privacy, the comfortable living room, good mattress. I would stay here again if I was coming back to Wickenburg.

Location was perfect. Accommodation and contents was were ample and well thought out. All necessities at arrival were surprisingly more than expected (including coffee, spices, foil, etc.) bedding was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Working out of town

I work out of town, it’s very nice and relaxing to come to such a nice place, that has an air of comfort and home. My wife comes up twice a week to stay with me as well, so it’s almost a mini vacation at times. Dealing with being away from home is hard enough, this place really makes up for that, thank you!!

Wow! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here (we stayed 10 days) It was clean, comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. We like to relax in the evening with the TV and recliner and sofa very comfortable. Bed comfy, extra blankets, lots of lighting, off street parking. Loved having the washer and dryer so we could come home with clean clothes. We will definitely book again! HIGHLY recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was a perfect place to come home to after a long drive Sunday, and long days Monday through Thursday. I am so pleased and happy that I was able to book this stay. The host was very accommodating with my plans. I definitely suggest a stay here.

Cute place to stay, convenient, clean

House was comfortable, has a dishwasher, laundry room, iron and ironing board, bedroom large enough to walk around the bed. Only complaint is the house is very close to the railroad tracks and the noisy train is heard several times per day and per night. Otherwise everything was fine.
