The staff was good, the bed was too hard, no shampoo in the shower, and the floors were dirty. The reason I know the floors were dirty, as I got out of the shower to get my shampoo and when I got back in I left tracks in the tub.

The top of the microwave and fridge was dusty. The soap, gel and shampoo can use refills. The doors can use touching. It has wear and tear. Otherwise my stay was good.

When I arrived the room just smelled bad, looked in the bathroom and the toilet had human feces on the rim and on the underside, the bathtub had human hair all inside. The floor was filthy with dog hair everywhere so I had to wear shoes in the room because my socks turned black from the floor. I will never return to a Red Roof Inn again
