Everyone is super friendly. You are greeted by staff when they pass you by. It is clean and well priced. We stay in the suite every time since we are a family of four with two little ones. We need the space. We will be staying here when we visit Williams for the foreseeable future.

Very clean rooms. Newly renovated. It has just the right amenities and price tag. Comfortable located and safe. Only thing they can improve so to have some breakfast buffet that will help families a lot.

The room and property were great condition. The rooms were nice. Small and simple. The cons, you can hear everything in the hallways and other rooms even across the hall. Our HVAC didn’t work which we told the front desk which they offered another room which we chose to decline because we were just not motivated to move. We were a little concerned because it was in the 40’s during the day and 30s at night. The Hotel was insulated enough that being cold was never an issue. It would have been nice to have fresh air circulating through as it was a little to warm. Based off the condition of this property and other property’s on the street, I would still highly recommend.

This hotel was fully renovated and very clean. Loved having a pool table in the lounge and beer on tap. Really quiet and close to downtown to walk everywhere. Also grand canyon railway is literally a block away.

Staff was super friendly! They made fresh popcorn daily. Free coffee . Rooms seem updated, just wish the bathroom door would close better for privacy. Very clean and parking was easy. Easy walk to little shops nearby.
