The Candlewyck Suite

Welcome to Candlewick Suite! The convenient location of this condo makes it the perfect spot for you to enjoy all that Wilmington has to offer - we're a short drive to downtown with all of its restaurants and shops as well as only 5 miles to Wrightsville Beach. Our updated kitchen offers all the essentials you'd need during your stay, and you'll love starting your day with a coffee on our peaceful balcony. Parking is included during your stay.

You'll love the open layout of the main living spaces. The cozy living room has plenty of seating space for your group. It opens into the large kitchen space with seating at the peninsula and island. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials that you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal during your stay. The two bedrooms each have a queen size bed, and there are two full bathrooms as well. One of the best features of the condo is the balcony where you can enjoy some time outside at the end of your day.

Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as a designated parking spot. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise everything else is available for use during your stay.

The host will be available through messaging during your stay.

We'll provide information about parking with check in instructions, but there is one designated parking spot for the condo as well as plenty of guest parking options in the complex.

Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking.

Highly recommend

Overall, this place was very clean and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable, e.g. lots of towels, washing machine detergent, dishwasher tablets. The location was key to our visit to the university, which was a short walk away. There’s a local taproom around 5 minute walk away which we visited quite often. I’m likely to visit Wilmington again soon, and this place would be my number one preference.

Overall nice place in the area was close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Had washer/dryer which was great for our longer stay. Has both drip coffee and k-cup coffee maker. The view from the deck was nice looking out at greenery vs buildings.

Overall good

Checking in was super easy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook meals. There were plenty of bathroom towels and linens but no kitchen towels. Beds were comfortable. The inside is definitely nicer than outside. Could use some deep cleaning, baseboards and ceiling fans and mold along the shower door. Close to restaurants, shops and UNCW. Overall a nice stay.
