Stayed in one of the apartments. Was huge, well equipped, clean and excellent location. The hotel staff can not do enough for you. Spa is brilliant, all facilities excellent, and 10/10 breakfast. Love the txting service where you can txt reception if you need anything. Apartments are directly above the pub which is great. Only 1 issue, wish we stayed longer. Will be back for sure x

Some lovely touches, prosecco upon arrival, beautiful lounges etc. The location was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfasts were only average. A buffet style and the hot food was tepid at best, not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Our bathroom was very basic with cracked tiles and a shower door that leaked. No fridge in the room which was odd. Overall a good stay but surprisingly overlooked some of the basics.

Fantastic stay definitely recommend, had a great time for my girlfriends birthday they sorted a bouquet of flowers out for me, upgraded our room to the bowness suite a unforgettable stay, staff were very friendly , spa lovely and relaxing and afternoon was perfect in cocktail bar overlooking Windermere , can’t wait to book again

I booked the Lakes hotel for my husband’s birthday. I requested a surprise package which included balloons and confectionary. We had a complimentary upgrade to the Windermere suite as this made it even more special for my husband and he was really over the moon with the views. From start to finish the staff were welcoming, kind and really helpful. On arrival, Mali one of the receptionist gave us a tour of the hotel. Mark showed us to our room and showed us how to use the hot tub etc. We enjoyed the using spa facilities and we also dined in one of the hotel restaurants called Mizumi. The food was lovely and staff were helpful. Thank you for this amazing stay, it was amazing!
