Daughter and baby woken up by cockroaches crawling on them at 12am,was moved to different room 20 minutes later daughter wanted to leave could not sleep and baby wide awake.Asked for refund and refused we just packed up and left.

The front desk people were very understanding. However, the hotel itself was awful. Lots of transient people, loud, the neighbourhood feels unsafe, lots of police cars throughout the night. There was a spider living under the number on our door. I did not feel safe

We were there for two nights. The hotel although slightly renovated was still an old hotel. Needs a lot of upgrades. Our room was very humid bc we were right by the pool (not by choice). There was no fan in the bathroom to keep the moisture out. The bed was comfy. Pillows too soft.
