Gorgeous two bedroom condo that faces the Canada life center. Upscale stunning unique two bedroom condo located in the heart of Winnipeg's entertainment district. You will have the entire condo to yourself to enjoy. This condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. There is a balcony for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage! No toiletries, bring your own. No hairdryer, 1roll of extra TP for week. Cracked glasses, juice ran out of them. Dirty pots, teflon peeling in frypan. Broken deck chair, burnt out lights in bathroom. Frustrating. We left ice cube trays, toiletries and some laundry soap/sheets for the next guest. Would not stay here again

Really hard to see the door key pad when entering the code. Trying to open the gate was hard to go into the building through the parking level #4. Apartment could be cleaner.

Our beds were dirty

The apartment was fine, but we discovered the sheets were dirty, looked like possibly vomit, and the decorative pillows on the bed had what appeared to be blood on them. I messaged about this Friday morning and got a message back on Saturday, I thought I would get a quicker response, and possibly an apology, but I was wrong. I was told that the sheets are color coded and that they were not dirty, but stained. I had already washed the sheets and they came out clean, so obviously they were not stained, and simply had not been laundered. I did not receive any apology for this unsanitary situation. Also, I had booked for 5 nights, and received 2 rolls of TP, I don't think it's too much to ask for some extra toilet paper.....I would never rent from these people again. The couch was broken, the blind on the door does not go up, and the lights in the smaller room have bent plug ins, that I felt may start a fire, so I left them unplugged. (pictures attached)

I will stay here again BUT........

Overall this beats a hotel and I will stay here again but there were small issues as to be expected. 1. No sheets on either bed, just a comforter, this was very strange. 2. Could not get TV volume to work. 3. I dropped something in the bedroom and when I bent to pick it up there was stuff under the bed and nightstand. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time. View was great, location even better especially for anything going on at the arena. Parking was handy right next door. Price was decent and like I said I would stay again.

Overall great property. Lower rating given for a few reasons. Security noted a noise complaint on us at 9:23pm on a Saturday night. Quiet hours were noted as 10:00pm, and we were not even being loud. Security was very rude about the issue. Parking was apparently included in price, except was charged an additional $32.00. Don’t think we would stay there again.

The condo was neat and roomy enough for 4 adults. Everything we needed was there. Much cheaper for 2 couples than 2 hotel rooms in the same area.

Nice place

Had a bit of an issue with getting a room as the previous renters needed to stay longer and the first option although condo was nice had a smell so took a bit to finally get a place to stay. Property manager was very easy to deal with. All Worked out well and we enjoyed the rest of our trip with our grandkids. Would stay here again for sure

Convenient clean and nice to be able to cook for the family

Would definitely rent again. (The cleaning service could do some extra under beds and couch). Overall this was a great place to stay It was clean and up to date. Kitchen had enough to be able to cook ps we left a toasterThe Manager was helpful. Only thing not very convenient was parking as it was difficult getting luggage etc from the parkade to the suite . It would be helpful to re renters to have infor related to parking. Again thank you for the home away from home

Lovely apartment

Super clean apartment with nice touches throughout. Kids enjoyed the extra blankets when sitting in the living room. Check in was a lil confusing because we were missing information to get in the building. Other than that our stay went off without a hitch! Thanks!
