Only 5 min to Legoland, 40 min from Busch Gardens, and 40 min from Disney. CENTRALLY LOCATED, 5 minutes from Wal-Mart and near (within 5-10 minutes) all major shopping stores. This newly renovated TRI-level lakefront home has a huge HEATED pool (heated at an additional cost of $100 per day), in home theater, and arcade with a PS5! Close to restaurants & shopping. Our attention to detail and style is unmatched. We love providing luxury accommodations for our guest. Please note: The pool heater is available at an additional $100 per day. While we are a pet friendly home, a pet fee of $250 is required for all reservations including a pet. Rules for pets during stay are as follows:
Pets must be leashed on property.
Pick up after dog.
Dogs to stay off furniture and/or bed.
Don't leave animals unsupervised.
Pets must be housebroken.
Animals sometimes tend to bite and claw at things when they are in unfamiliar areas. Therefore, if a pet is to be left alone indoors, it must be crated no exceptions.

We loved it! The whole family had a fantastic time at LEGOLAND and enjoyed relaxing in the pool and building LEGO sets on the white table in the living room. The arcade in the garage was a fun touch and a big hit with the kids. My only suggestion is regarding the arcade games—some of them weren’t fully functional, and I’m not sure how servicing works for those. That said, we still had a great time playing the ones that did work!I also want to add that the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked—every tool and utensil you could possibly need was there. We've never stayed at a place that put so much thought into making sure guests had everything they needed. Truly impressive!

Such a fun place for family right next to Legoland

My 3 kids (4, 7 and 11) Had a blast here. The theatre area, arcade and pool kept them busy as the adults were recovering from all the walking of parks on one of the 3 porch/balconies overlooking pool and lake. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for that wow factor when visiting the legoland parks!

Great home base while husband was training!

We needed a place to hang out while my husband had his flight training. House was a great space with smart tvs in all rooms. Loved watching the wildlife on the lake and relaxing at the pool. The theater room was great formovies at night!

Perfect Alternative to Legoland Hotel

This was the perfect house and location for a multi-generational trip to Legoland / Peppa Pig. Lykeisha was super responsive and even 2 hr express delivered a comforter to replace one that was slightly stained. We all enjoyed the pool, theater and arcade (even tho our kids are a bit too young for most of the games they thought it was very cool). The hotel-like amenities were great (shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, make-up swabs etc.) We ate at Harborside one night which Lykeisha had recommended and it did not disappoint. Suggest to get there early as it fills up fast and they do not take reservations. The house does have a pack-n-play but we had brought our own. The kids loved the boat beds and slept really well as the room had great blackout curtains. If we decide to go back to the area we would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you Lykeisha!

Amazing home with terrific amenities

The service was 5 star! The home was very clean open and beautifully set up. The owner is very responsive, answered all questions before during and after our trip. The arcade room and movie room is just amazing and my child loved all the games. The bedrooms are large in size and each have great natural light.
