It is located just minutes from downtown Winter Park and approximately 3 miles from the Winter Park Resort. The free lift shuttle bus service stops in front of the complex for easy access to ski area and downtown – making for a great ski vacation rental.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is 1029 square feet and has an open floor plan with new hardwood flooring throughout and the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, counter tops, ,tile flooring and breakfast bar to seat 4. This is a second level entry with elevator access from parking to building level only, with 2 flights of stairs to access the unit.

The living room has a gas burning fireplace, 45” flat screen HDTV that can be enjoyed from the large sectional couch and is adjacent to the dining area. Step out on to the private deck with beautiful views of the surrounding forest and neighborhood. No air conditioning.

The master bedroom is large and has a Queen bed and private deck and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is great for the kids with double bunk bed down and twin up and access to the large private deck and access to the hallway bathroom. There is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Additional amenities in unit include free WI-FI.

Amenities on property: Complex is close to downtown Winter Park on the free town shuttle, indoor pool and hot tubs, dry sauna; small workout room, yoga room, large game room and paid laundry facilities. Free covered parking in the open garages.

Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
