Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Parking in the complex is by permit only, and the property will come with 4 parking spaces for a max of 4 vehicles (1 assigned garage spot, 1 garage overflow spot available first come first serve, & 2 exterior spots). This was a beautiful villa that offered everything you could need. The location was perfect for skiing or going to town. The underground parking was a plus as well.

Wonderful mountain retreat!

The pictures didn’t do the property justice. The condo was spacious, clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed the balcony every evening, cooked on the grill, and made s'mores on the fire pit table. Wonderful experience!

We had the most amazing week! The home was absolutely perfect in every way… we had enough room to spread out and not get on each other's nerves, yet there was also enough room for us to all cuddle up on the couch together for a movie. The location couldn't be better. We had everything we needed and then some, and anything we desired was close by. We will definitely be back, but not soon enough!!

Beautiful rental condo with spacious bedrooms and easy access to mountain shuttles

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo was perfect for our family of four plus in-laws. All spaces, including the hallways, were spacious and nicely decorated. We loved the fireplace, in unit laudry, and view of the mountain. Our kids loved the bunk room with the beautiful log bunks. Issues that we had were quickly addressed and employees that came to the house were kind and helpful. We loved the recommendation for delivered groceries from the Grocery Guys. The shuttle to the mountain can be found in front of Alpine Ski shop and was easy and quick to use. We would definitely stay here again!

nice summer stay

This place was perfect for our July 4 getaway. There was a bit of a snafu with the parking (no parking passes) but the mangt company fixed it - be sure you have a printout of all the info they send you, there isn't much info in the unit itself and we had a couple of calls in to figure out how to get into the garage (which we missed on the email). Condo is very nice, there were 5 of us, and it was large and comfortable, probably the best we've ever stayed in, and we stay in a lot for ski season. Only 1 small hot tub for the whole community, was fine for us with not a lot of people in the community this time of year, but seems like it would be a problem during ski season. location is great, right on the trail to town and a short walk to the base. only downside, which is small, is that in the summer, you need the windows open, but the highway is right behind you, can't see it really, but it can be loud. it was fine for us, but that may bother some folks. don't see that as a problem in the winter, as the windows are high end and blocked all the noise when shut. Really nothing negative, I don't know how anyone couldn't enjoy this condo, its very nice.

To begin with, can we talk about the gorgeous view from the living room? We booked this particular property because I envisioned myself snuggled up in a recliner with a fuzzy blanket, looking out at the snow-covered ski runs and the beautiful mountains of Winter Park, enjoying a cup of coffee while reading a book. It felt like something out of a movie.We drove up from Parker, CO and I packed the car in anticipation of what I would need, and ended up not needing a thing. This place is stocked with all the comforts of home, and everything was in excellent condition. The dishes and wine glasses sparkled, the appliances were top-notch, and anything I didn’t bring was available for use. The living room was filled with movies, books, and board games, along with comfortable couches and plenty of blankets to keep cozy. There was a good-sized dining table and all the serving and cookware you could need. Could not get the fire place to work but a quick call and a few hours later, someone was there to fix it. The electric shades provide privacy without obstructing the view.Perfectly located just a quick walk to the free resort shuttle and the A-Frame Club restaurant. We also ate at Deno's Mountain Bistro, with a great atmosphere and food. Good pricing and nice small town feel. Liquor store across the street was average, glad we stopped at King Soopers before driving up as I did not notice a grocery store nearby. Stunning Condo

This condo has it all! All the details are beautiful. Excellent view of the slopes, too! There's plenty of space for everyone. Top of the line appliances in kitchen and well-stocked, making it easy to stay in and cook. Location to base of WP is roughly half a mile - walkable if not with little children. Highly recommend having your own vehicle to navigate the town!! Uber/Lyft drivers are NOT a thing in WP. And the shuttle service is understaffed and difficult to navigate. But the condo itself is wonderful and has everything you need.
