Located in the heart of downtown Winter Park, this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom townhome has 4 floors of pure comfort featuring: modern furnishings, granite countertops & plenty of room for large families to relax in.

Located less than 2 hours from Denver International Airport.

Great restaurants, shops and a brand new Fireside Market are an easy stroll from the front door. If you want to get away from it all, try a little moose spotting or catch & release fishing along the nearby Fraser River Trail!

Very family and kid friendly!

This townhouse has plenty of space for family and friends to come together for board games and laughter or to spread out for reading and quiet conversation. Enjoy a quiet and very comfortable stay while being close by to adventure and excitement!

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the master (there is room for an air mattress and crib if needed), queen in the second bedroom, two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom. The top floor has 2 bedroom suites with private bathrooms, bunk room, hall bath and laundry.

There is a queen in the fourth bedroom and a trundle bed (two twins can become a queen) in the downstairs area. This garden level family room, bedroom, and bathroom provides a quiet apartment within the home.

Keyless Lock: This home is equipped with a Smart Lock, allowing easy, secure access to your property at check-in and throughout your stay. There's no need to check in at a separate location!

Great restaurants are minutes away in Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, Granby, and Grand Lake. Be sure to visit the world-class lodge, restaurants & Nordic center at Devil's Thumb Ranch just minutes away.

Close by you can ski/snowboard, snowshoe, mountain bike and hike 600+ miles of trails at Winter Park, Mary Jane or Granby Ranch. Zip Line or ride horses at Devil's Thumb Ranch or Snow Mountain Ranch. Fly fish on the Colorado river. There is also snowmobiling and dog sledding nearby in the winter months.

Take the free bus to the ski area, restaurants, Winter Park or Fraser (day and night). The bus stop is just steps away (in front of Randi's Restaurant). Enjoy the complimentary shuttle to Devil's Thumb Ranch that picks up & drops off at their sister property across Main Street from our property.

We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.While the home itself appears nicely decorated, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses caused significant motion transfer, making it impossible to sleep without being disturbed by the other person’s movement.One of the main reasons we chose this property was the advertised “views.” However, the listing photos are misleading. There is no scenic view from the home — you are facing neighboring balconies with very limited direct sunlight entering the property.When we asked about a barbecue, we were told it was due to association restrictions they had to remove it. This explanation was difficult to accept, as nearly every other property in the same complex clearly had one.The most serious issue occurred during our stay when the dishwasher malfunctioned while we were out to dinner. We returned to a wet kitchen floor and visible water damage. We contacted VRBO immediately. Upon opening the dishwasher filter, we found large pieces of glass, rusty nails, and debris. The machine itself was dirty and filled with residue from undissolved dishwasher pods supplied by the host.Now, 20 days after checkout, the host has withheld our deposit and is charging us for the damage — without providing an estimate or proof of repair costs. Additionally, we noticed prior water damage in two other areas of the kitchen (near the sink and under the island)

This condo worked great for our two family vacation with four adults and seven kids! Lots of beds and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. Great location, short (5 minute) walk to the Park City Resort bus stop. Buses ran constantly making it very easy to get to and from the ski slopes. Great restaurants, liquor store and grocery store within walking distance! Safeway just about 10 minutes up the road for more extensive grocery pick up. Appreciated cable TV options to watch college football throughout the week!

The good- the space layout is great. In the top floor, three bedrooms, including a bunk room with two bunk beds, and three bathrooms. On the bottom floor, a bathroom and a bedroom with a smaller living space, great for a relative who needs a little space out of the way. The kitchen is big and nice, and the living room is fine. We had some issues with our stay that were a little more minor, but shouldnt happen for the quite high price being charged. First, the most substantial, was that there were utensils (around 10-15) left in the dishwasher that were COVERED in mold and smelled quite horrible. The only solution offered was me dealing with these myself, so I cleaned them and threw them in a bag in the freezer to minimize smell. I tried to run the dishwasher to see if we could use it, but the smell never went away. I’ll have nightmares with that smell. We also had smaller things (kitchen outlets not working, washing machine didn’t work- there may have been a fuse flipped but didn’t need these enough to figure it out in a two night stay). I also had to fix a toilet that wouldn’t flush, and even the showers/bath didn’t have body soap (they did have a somewhat janky shampoo and conditioner dispenser). Again, none of this was a huge deal, but for paying half a mortgage to stay for two nights, I expect far better.

Perfect Christmas Vacation

My family and I spent 5 days here in Winterpark at Sarah’s rental. Everything was amazing, the home was spacious and beautiful. There were plenty of helpful items in the home such as serving dishes, crockpots, and outdoor items to use like a plastic sled. Sarah was really great with checking in on us and spent time with me beforehand discussing the weather and other tips. She was very kind and accomplished. We had an amazing trip and were lucky to catch a white Christmas. 10 out of 10!

Great location and property!

Our stay at the Winter Park Retreat was great for two families. Location is fantastic as it's right on the bus route and walkable to restaurants. The unit is spacious and updated. Long dining table for family dinners. Extra parking is nearby. Host responds quickly. I would recommend this property to others and we would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

We had a great stay at this property. It easily accommodated our combination of 3 families with kids. It's a great location in the middle of Winter Park - short drive to the base of the mountain and short walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. The condo is very nicely appointed and has a great layout for multiple families.

Family Ski Week

This townhome worked out great for our family. Big kitchen & eating area to hang out and prepare meals together. We found ourselves hanging out at the kitchen table after dinner playing games, etc. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and then some! Big family room with lots of seating. Perfect location mid town Winter Park with free Lyft shuttle bus stop a block away. The shuttle bus is great moving people north and south through Winter Park and Fraser to and from the ski resort coming every 20-30 minutes. Sarah was great with her response on all our questions. I highly recommend this place for any large family who enjoys all the comforts of home while on vacation.
