Nice house but dirty
Floors weren’t swept and crumbs everywhere. Dishes were dirty. Counters were sticky. Hot tub was moldy. Lawn weeds were 2 feet tall, very unwelcoming on the exterior. No hairdryer, no washcloths. Refrigerator barely worked. Bedding was stained and dirty. Only a small couch in the living area. Had to message owner for WiFi access but it was resolved within an hour

Good neighborhood, clean
House was clean. Very Little furnishings for a 4 bedroom house. Only one couch in the large living room. The spacious master bedroom had only the bed and tv. No other furnishings. We had 6 adults and 4 kids in our party. A lot of the basic supplies were not available. They do not provide washcloths or hand towels. Supplied 6 bath towels for 10 people for 2 nights. However, housekeeping did bring some after contacting the owner. The air conditioning did not cool properly. It was either extremely hot or cold and humid all of the time. Having only one set of keys to share between 3 families was not convenient.

Nice Getaway
Comfortable, spacious property. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen sufficiently equipped to prepare meals for eight adults. Great communication. Will stay here again.
